If this error is displayed, your PlayStation®5 console may not have started properly. 

Please try the following:

  1. Turn off the power of your PS5 console and unplug the power cable. Wait five minutes, then plug the power cable back in, then turn the console on again.
  2. If the console does not start properly, start your PS5 console in safe mode and select option 7  Reset PS5 (Reinstall System Software).
  3. If the problem persists or safe mode cannot be started, your console may need to be repaired. Please visit Fix & Replace.
