How to fix NP-103191-5

Online connection failed.

If you see this error, the network connection for your application may have failed.

  1. Press the OPTIONS button on the application icon on the home screen and select Close Application.
  2. Restart the application.
  3. Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
  4. Turn off your router or modem, wait at least 5 minutes, then turn it back on.
