How to fix CE-108863-6

Your PlayStation®5 console couldn't connect to the server. 

  1. Go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software and Settings.
  2. Select Update System Software.
  3. If the update fails, visit the PS5 console system software page and try manually updating your system software.
