These items are in your Armory. The Armory is located on the left side of the corridor going from the hangar to the bridge of the Super Destroyer.
Stratagem Hero Ship Game
The Stratagem Hero Ship Game is an interactable console on your ship. Walk up to the console and activate the game to play.
‘Steeled Veterans’ Premium Warbond
Warbonds are found under the Requisitions tab. While on the ship, press the square button on your controller (or R on PC).

Helldivers 2 supports multiple accessibility features. You can access accessibility features in the game options.
