Your subscription to PlayStation®Plus can't be confirmed.

  1. Make sure that your console is connected to the Internet and that you have successfully signed in to PlayStation™Network.
  2. Check to see if your PlayStation Plus subscription has expired: go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Accounts > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. If you don't have any problem with PlayStation Plus, the error may be temporary.
