- If this error happens while using the web browser, check that the URL you've entered is correct.
- Check the PlayStation® status page for any server issues.
- If possible, try connecting to the internet using a wired connection.
- Turn off and unplug your console.
- Turn off your router / modem, wait at least 5 minutes, then restart your router / modem.
- Plug your console back in and restart it.
- Try changing your DNS settings. Set up a new internet connection and select DNS Settings (Manual), then add the address for a public DNS.
