1. This UNCHARTED Movie Ticket Voucher Code offer is open to UK residents age 13 and over who purchase or upgrade to UNCHARTED: Legacy of Thieves Collection via PlayStation Store between 14:00 GMT on 7 December 2021 to 07:59 GMT on 4 February 2022.
2. A transaction within the above conditions is a “Qualifying Purchase”. Users who make a Qualifying Purchase will receive a Voucher Code. If you cancel your Qualifying Purchase, you will not be eligible for this offer.
3. Purchases made through direct.playstation.com or third-party retailers are excluded and will not qualify for this offer.
4. The Voucher Code is a digital numeric code valid for 1 (one) standard 2D ticket redeemable via Cineworld at its website www.cineworld.co.uk or cinema locations. A booking fee may apply for online bookings. Uplifts may apply to certain seats or screenings.
5. After the closing date of the promotion, Users who have made a Qualifying Purchase will receive a transactional email from the Promoter containing a Voucher Code and redemption instructions. It is anticipated that the Voucher Code will be delivered within 1 week of the closing date.
6. The Voucher Code is not transferable and may not be resold. No cash or credit alternative.
7. The Voucher Code is not valid with any other offer or against past purchases.
8. If you lose your Voucher Code, or if you make a cinema booking and later change your mind, the Promoter and Cineworld are unable to provide replacement vouchers or a refund.
9. Cineworld applies certain additional restrictions to the redemption of the Voucher Code in participating cinema locations. These are:
a. Voucher Code can be redeemed in cinema at the box office or online at www.cineworld.co.uk. A booking fee per ticket applies for online bookings.
b. Your Voucher Code gives you access to a standard seat in any Adult 2D screening in any Cineworld Cinemas in the UK, excluding Picturehouse Cinemas.
c. Where relevant, you will be able to pay an uplift fee at the box office or online to use your Voucher Code for 3D, IMAX, 4DX, Superscreen, ScreenX, and VIP.
d. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and other relevant standard terms and conditions including Cineworld’s general admission terms apply (https://www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/in-cinema).
e. The Voucher Code is valid until the date shown. Once expired, the Voucher Code will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded.
f. The provider of the Voucher Code is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, 8th Floor Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, England TW8 9AG
10. Any Qualifying Purchases that the Promoter considers to be from organized groups, agents, macros or other automated means will be removed from eligibility and will not receive a Voucher Code.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Voucher Code for an alternative of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter does not accept liability for any loss or damage as a result of taking up this UNCHARTED Movie Ticket Voucher Code offer, other than any liability which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
13. These terms and conditions (and any related disputes) will be interpreted under the laws of England and Wales, and under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
