“Discount Code”	A discount code for 25% off a purchase of the Applicable Products on an Applicable Store.
“Discount Code Expiry Date”	2021-01-11.

1. This in-cart discount code (“Offer”) is open to residents of the Entrant Countries who have an account for PlayStation®Network (“PSN”) and meet the Additional Eligibility Requirements (“Eligible Persons”).

2. This Offer opens on the Opening Date and closes on the Closing Date. The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Promotional Period”.

3. To take advantage of this Offer, Eligible Persons must during the Promotional Period:

a. Sign into an account for PSN and add Applicable Products to their shopping cart on an Applicable Store; and

b. Redeem their Discount Code at check-out and place their order using an Applicable Payment Method.

4. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Discount Codes expire on the Discount Code Expiry Date.

7. Each Discount Code can only be redeemed once per PSN account. Only one Discount Code can be used in any single transaction. Discount Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Discount Codes may not be re-sold. No cash alternatives will be offered. Discount Codes will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.

8. If you return a product/service purchased using a Discount Code, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product/service, subject to applicable refund policies.

9. Internet required. Eligible Persons are responsible for any internet access fees.

10. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of the Offer.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure of any Eligible Person to create or sign-in to an account for PSN or to receive or redeem a Discount Code, as result of any Eligible Person’s or third party’s network, hardware or software failure of any kind.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel this Offer or update and/or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

13. In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
