  1. From the Games home screen, scroll right and select PlayStation Plus.
  2. Scroll to the Benefits tab and select Classics Catalogue.

How to download PlayStation Plus classics catalogue games

To download from the PlayStation Plus classics catalogue, you need to have the correct membership plan.

  2. Scroll to the Benefits tab and select Classics Catalogue.

  3. To download an eligible game, select the game and select Download.

How to find and download games

How to stream PlayStation Plus classics catalogue 

To stream PlayStation Plus classics catalogue games, you need to have the correct membership plan and a broadband connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps.

  1. From the Games home screen, scroll and select PlayStation Plus.

  2. Scroll to the Benefits tab and select Classics Catalogue.

  3. To stream an eligible game, select the game and select Stream.

  3. To stream an eligible game, select the game and select Stream.

  • To stream in 1080p, you must be playing a game that supports that resolution, and have a broadband connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps. If your connection speed dips below this, the streaming resolution may be reduced.

  • When streaming PlayStation Plus games, try enabling game mode (if supported) on your TV for an improved gaming experience.

PlayStation Plus game streaming limitations

Some PS5 console and PS4 console functions aren't compatible when streaming:

  • Broadcasting is not available when streaming. 
  • Share Play and Share Screen are not available when streaming. 
  • Remote Play is not available when streaming. 
  • When streaming, you may have to wait in a queue. 
  • HD Camera and PlayStation®Camera are not supported when streaming. 
  • A mouse is not supported when streaming. 
  • A keyboard is not supported when streaming. 
  • PSVR is not supported when streaming. 
  • PS Move is not supported when streaming. 
  • Third-party controllers are not supported when streaming.

Where are the START and SELECT buttons for PS3 games?

We have mapped these PS3 commands to the DualSense™ (and DUALSHOCK®4) wireless controller touchpad. Click the left side for SELECT and the right for START, just like the DUALSHOCK 3 controller. Make sure that you click the touchpad as this will not work if you touch or tap it.
