There was a problem communicating with the server.

This error may be occurring due to a problem on the server side. Please try the following:
  1. Check PlayStation™Network status page to see if there are any server failures or if maintenance is in progress.
  2. This may be a temporary issue. Please try again after a while.
  3. While you wait, please update your system software to the latest version from Settings > System > System Software > System Software Updates and Settings.
  4. Turn off your router and modem, and wait at least five minutes, then restart your PS5 console.
