How to fix NP-34958-9

The PlayStation®4 console game you’re trying to play is padlocked.

Try restoring the licenses on your PS4® console.

  1. Turn off your PS4 console and disconnect the power cable from the power outlet.

  2. After a few minutes, reconnect the power cable and turn on your PS4 console.

  3. Go to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses.

  4. Select Restore.
