How to fix E-82000050

The address on file may be invalid, or an unexpected server error may have occurred.

  1. Check the PlayStation® status page for any service issues.
  2. Make sure that your home address is entered correctly, and matches the address registered with your credit card.
  • To check your home address, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Address.
  • To check your credit card information, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Payment Methods.
  1. The region/country of your credit card or PlayStation voucher needs to be the same as your account region/country. Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Address, delete your home address and enter it again.
