An error occurred while launching the game.

The content was not recognized and failed to launch. Please try the following:

  1. Try to launch the game on the account that was used to purchase it.
  2. Activate your PS4™ console by going to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4. If the console is already activated, please deactivate it and then activate it again.
  3. If this error occurs on one specific game, highlight it and press the OPTIONS button, then select Delete. Then reinstall the game.
