If your PS4® console and screen are turned on but there is no image, please try the following steps:
Check the HDMI connection Make sure the included HDMI cable is securely connected to both your PS4 console and the screen*. If possible, try using a different HDMI cable. *If your screen has multiple HDMI ports, try using a different one. Make sure to also have the correct channel selected for HDMI.
If you're using a HDMI cable other than the one included with your PS4 console, make sure that it’s a high-speed HDMI cable or premium high-speed HDMI cable that's compatible with your PS4 console.
Connect directly to the HDMI port Connect your PS4 console directly to the HDMI port on your screen. If you have other devices connected to your screen (sound bar, home theater, game capture devices, etc.), disconnect them to see if this fixes the issue.
Turn the power back on Turn off your screen and PS4 console completely. Disconnect the power cables, wait 20 minutes, and then reconnect the power cables. Turn on everything to check for the image.
Check the device firmware Make sure your screen or audio device has the latest firmware version. Refer to the manufacturer's user manual for additional settings needed for high-resolution signals.
Please see the guide below for setting up 4K resolution on PlayStation®4 Pro consoles.
