How to use PlayStation App or web browser to check PlayStation Store transactions

If you would like to view your PlayStation Network transactions or your associated sub account transactions, this article explains how to your PC, Mac or mobile device to do this.

PlayStation Store purchases show on your credit or debit card statement as 'Sony Ent Network'. Any payments debited from your credit or debit card before mid-February 2012 appear as 'Sony Online Services'.

You can reach Account Management in a number of ways:

  • PlayStation App

Tap [PlayStation Store] on the home screen and go to [Online ID] > [Account Settings].

  • PlayStation Store

Go to PlayStation Store. Sign in, go to your Online ID at the top of the page and click [Account Settings].

  • Account Management website

Click here and sign in for the account management site.

  1. Select 'Transaction History' from the home screen.
  2. Select the account you would like to view details of from the 'Account' dropdown box (you can view your associated sub accounts from this page too) and select the date range.
  3. Select a transaction to view details.
