Fikrul the Fanatic is weer verschenen, deze keer in het bezit van een krachtige Echo en een leger ondode Scorn die naar zijn pijpen dansen. Guardians worden Slayer Barons en upgraden hun vaardigheden met krachtige Tonics om de verziekte ether van de Scorn te lijf te gaan.
Wat ooit een gevangenis was, is nu de Tomb of Elders. Breek door de muren om het op te nemen tegen Scorn, Dread, Cabal en Hive in ruil voor beloningen van een slecht functionerende Warden.
Elke episode bevat nieuwe verhalen en beloningen, inclusief een nieuwe Exotic missie, wapen en pantser. Een episode bestaat uit drie Acts met nieuwe verhalen, missies, activiteiten, wapens, artefacten, pasniveaus en beloningen.
De Street Fighter + Destiny Collaboration wacht hier op alle uitdagers, met een nieuwe op Blanka geïnspireerde helm, nieuwe Ghost Shells, finishers en meer.
