2019年 茨城大会
「国民体育大会」（国体）の文化プログラムとして、2019年のいばらき国体で初めて開催された「全国都道府県対抗eスポーツ選手権」。
激戦の末、少年の部は水野航希（愛知県）、一般の部（18歳以上）は栃木県代表チーム（ 山中智瑛、高橋拓也）が優勝を飾りました。

2020年 鹿児島大会
残念ながら国民体育大会は延期となりましたが、「全国都道府県対抗eスポーツ選手権 2020 KAGOSHIMA」は国体・大会文化プログラムではなく、独立した大会として開催。
少年の部は三宅拓磨（東京都）が優勝、一般の部は山中智瑛（栃木県）が2019年の茨城大会に続いて連覇を達成しました。
