Getting used to PS VR2 gameplay

It may take some time to become accustomed to VR images. When you first start playing VR games, it’s recommended that you use PS VR2 for short periods of time.

  • Try playing games using the sitting play style at first. Move on to more dynamic movements once you’re comfortable with seated gaming.
  • Try to make sure your play area is well-ventilated.
  • Slowly build up your time using the PS VR2 headset. This will give you a chance to get used to the new sensations of virtual reality. Set a timer to remind yourself to take breaks.

  1. Go to Settings > User’s Guide, Health & Safety and Other Information.
  2. Select Health and Safety.
