If you’ve lost your phone but have the same verification method registered on another device, you can sign in to PlayStation Network using that device and then register a new passkey.
Follow the secure link in the email, fill in the requested information, and create a new password using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
If you don’t see a password reset email from us:
Check your spam folder. Try searching for "PlayStation" in all mailboxes, including spam or junk folders.
Your email address may be misspelt. Repeat the password reset steps and ensure the email address shown on the “Forgot Your Password?” page is the one you use to sign in to your account.
Do you have a child account? Only the family manager can reset the password for your account.
There may be an issue with Account Management. Sometimes network issues can delay password change emails. Please check the network status page.
If you can't access your email address to open a 2SV email or password reset email, or if you’ve forgotten your email address, please contact PlayStation Support using the link at the bottom of this page.
