How to connect your gaming monitor to your PC/Mac

Learn how to set up your 27" Gaming Monitor and connect to a PC or Mac.

How to attach the stand 

Attach the included stand before connecting your gaming monitor to your PlayStation®5 console or PC (Windows) / Mac (macOS).

  • When using your monitor for the first time, leave the monitor in the box and attach the stand before taking out the monitor.
  • Don't lift the monitor out of the box or move it by holding the charging hook. Doing so may cause damage.
  1. Attach the stand neck to the stand base.
    Then, secure the base using the mounting screw stored in the bottom of the base.

  1. Push the monitor out toward the top flap of the box while keeping it inside the inner box.
  1. Attach the monitor to the stand.
    Keeping the monitor in the box, align the top of the stand with the mounting area on the back of the monitor. Then, press it in until you hear a click.

  1. Hold the stand to lift the monitor out of the box.

How to remove the stand 

When removing the stand, place a soft cloth on a flat surface first.

  1. Place the monitor face down on the soft cloth.
  2. Press the stand release button on the back of the monitor to remove the stand.

How to connect your gaming monitor to your PC/Mac using an HDMI cable 

Connect your gaming monitor to your PC/Mac using a commercially available HDMI cable.

  1. Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI IN port on your monitor and the HDMI port on your PC/Mac.
    You can use either of your monitor's two HDMI IN ports.

  1. Connect the AC adapter to the DC IN port on your monitor.
    Make all connections before plugging the power cord into an electrical outlet.

  1. Turn on your PC/Mac and your monitor.

  • You can organize the cables by pushing out the cable management hook on the stand neck and routing the cables through it.

How to connect your gaming monitor to a PC/Mac using a DisplayPort cable 

Connect your gaming monitor to your PC/Mac using a commercially available DisplayPort™ cable.

  1. Connect the DisplayPort cable to the DisplayPort IN port on your monitor and to the DisplayPort port on your PC/Mac.

  1. Connect the AC adapter to the DC IN port on your monitor.
    Make all connections before plugging the AC power cord into a electrical outlet.

  1. Turn on your PC/Mac and your monitor.

How to use your gaming monitor as a USB hub 

Turn your gaming monitor into a USB hub by connecting it to a PS5 console or PC/Mac with the included USB cable.

Connect the USB cable to the USB Type-B port on your monitor and to the USB Type-A port on your PS5 console or PC/Mac.

The extended storage you use with your PS5 console won’t be recognized if connected to the monitor. Make sure to connect it directly to your console.
