How to appeal a suspension for an inappropriate online ID on PlayStation™Network

Find out if you are able to appeal a suspension for an inappropriate online ID.

You may be eligible to appeal your suspension and regain access to your account based on the following criteria:

Your account must be located in either the Americas or in Europe.
Only appeals for inappropriate online ID suspensions will be reviewed at this time. If your account was suspended for behavioral misconduct, you are not eligible to appeal.
Only one appeal per account will be reviewed. You must understand and accept the Terms and Conditions on the form.
You must abide by the Community Code of Conduct outlined in the PlayStation Network Terms of Service.
