This Taito-developed title is actually a spin-off of the popular Japanese Densha de Go! series of train simulation games, and should not be confused with Acclaim's arcade-style RC Revenge title. RC de Go! is a consummate simulation of remote controlled car racing, as you can minutely tweak every aspect of your miniature craft in Gran Turismo-like detail. Constructing your car is as important as the actual race itself, so choose your chassis, brakes, shocks, pinion gears, tires and throttle servos with care. The racing is viewed from a dynamic overhead perspective, a 3D twist on the classic RC Pro-Am angle. Control is simple and effective, and the polygonal graphics render the many track-based and off-road courses with vibrant colors.
