Overview

Jump Straight Into the Action

Start fighting for real, no matter your skill level

Built from the ground up to be the most accessible fighter ever, Fantasy Strike lets you skip past all the usual hurdles of learning a fighting game and gets you straight to the good stuff: timing, spacing, footsies, reads and reactions. With its one-button special moves, short and sweet combo system and easy-to-understand interface, Fantasy Strike gets you fighting your opponent (and not your controller) within the first minute. Don't let its simplicity fool you; the gameplay maintains the same degree of depth as most competitive fighting games, so it's a game not just for newcomers, but for seasoned veterans as well.

Divided by ideas

United by competition

Fantasy Strike is an Olympic-style tournament that takes place in a fantasy martial-arts world fractured by political conflict. Stone golem Garus Rook founded the tournament series to bring together the many provinces of the authoritarian Flagstone Kingdom, and plant the idea of a different way of life. The tournament attracts Grave Stormborne, a powerful martial artist whose only motivation is to push himself and improve his skills every day. Garus and his advisor Jefferson DeGrey seek to convince the young warrior that his strength should not be wasted on competition alone, but that he should aid them in their fight against injustice and help shape the world.
