Video System, the Japanese developer that seems to produce an infinite number of Formula 1 racing games each year, has teamed with Eidos to release F1 World Grand Prix 2000. This game features 22 fully licensed F1 drivers ripe for the picking, as well as accurately decaled cars and uniforms. Race through an authentic reproduction of the 2000 Grand Prix season, spanning numerous tracks all over the globe. Another distinctive feature is the ability for your car to lose various parts during crashes, but this does not really seem like much of a bonus. Different modes of play extend the life of the game, especially the competitive 2-player mode.
