Refresh rate is how many times per second your screen updates the image (120 Hz means the screen updates 120 times per second). A higher refresh rate means smoother visuals and better responsiveness, so camera pans, fast movement (like turning or strafing) and other motion feels cleaner.

VRR lets the monitor adjust its refresh rate in real time to match a game’s frame output, which often fluctuates as onscreen action intensifies. 

When the refresh rate and frame output aren’t matched, you can experience screen tearing, stutters and other performance issues. VRR is designed to reduce this difference, so you’ll get a more stable experience.

No. USB extended storage formatted on PS5 must be connected directly to the PS5 console to function properly. Connections through a USB hub, including monitor USB ports, are not supported.
