Updates to PlayStation Terms of Service
We want to let you know that we have updated the PlayStation Terms of Service (“Agreement”) effective from 23 April 2026.
We have made several updates to the Agreement. Here’s a summary of the most important changes:
- Updated name of the Agreement and related references – throughout
- Updated references to address service branding update – throughout
- Clarified what constitutes PlayStation Services under the Agreement and relocated to umbrella provision – Preamble
- Updated requirements relating to accounts to accept the Terms – Section 1.1
- Added reference to the new Software Application End User License Agreement – Section 1.6
- Updated and clarified the Code of Conduct – Section 4.1
While we have listed out the key changes in the summary above, please review the Agreement in its entirety carefully so that you understand all the changes. The updated Agreement is available at https://www.playstation.com/legal/terms-of-service/.
