What's new in Apex Legends: Amped?

Olympus rising

The reworked Olympus map is a high-velocity playground, rebuilt for better flow, dynamic positioning and elevated gameplay. Storm the sprawling Somers University campus, navigate the sprawling chasm of the Gravity Engine, zipline through the new Stabilizer and climb the new raised platforms in the Dockyard.

Fight or flight response

Valkyrie is ready to dominate aerial combat with quicker VTOL Jets, a faster Skyward Dive Ultimate and an improved Missile Swarm Tactical. Rampart locks down the map with an evolving Amped Cover Tactical, which gains health as Evo level increases. Horizon flies higher gets a faster Gravity Lift Tactical and a tougher Black Hole Ultimate. 

Double-barrel devastation

The Alternator is now a lightning-fast killing machine with the “Double Tap” Hop Up. Fire both barrels at once and watch enemies drop before they know what hit them. It’s perfect for quick and deadly fight – so close the gap and double tap.

Move without limits

Ride, slide, and dive your way into the fight with new movement updates.

The new Mantle Boost gives you a forward movement boost when climbing up from ledges or walls, helping you dive into the next fight.

The Trident gets improved collision and dedicated vehicle health (including visual effects), making them more fun to drive and more satisfying to fight.

Battle pass – feel the rush

Chase that sweet adrenaline with the Amped Premium Battle Pass Split 1. Earn Legendary skins for Valkyrie and Wattson, a new Legendary weapon skin for the Spitfire, along with 10 Exotic Shards and the Reactive Sentinel skin at Tier 60.
