Checking your transaction history is useful if you want to know whether a PlayStation Store purchase was successful, or find the cause of any unfamiliar payments. If you find an unfamiliar payment please visit the unauthorized transactions guide below.
Web Browser: check transaction history
Sign in to Account Management and select Transaction History from the home screen.
Select an account and choose a date range.
Select a transaction to view details.
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Transaction History.
Select the account that you want to view transactions for.
Select the transaction date range and select Next.
Select a transaction to view the details.
Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet > Transaction History.
Select the account that you want to view transactions for.
Select the transaction date range and select Next.

Web browser: subscription management
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select a subscription to view the next payment date and cancel the subscription.
Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions.
Select a subscription to view the next payment date and cancel the subscription.
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Game & App Services.
Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Service List.
Select the application you would like to see the service entitlements for.
