Terms and Conditions – Specific Rules for the “Chance to Win 2014 FIFA™ World Cup Brazil Tickets and selected PlayStation® Products” Competition

 

1.             The “Chance to Win 2014 FIFA™ World Cup Brazil Tickets and selected PlayStation® Products” competition (“Competition”) is open to persons aged 18 years or over who are residents of Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom (“Entrant Countries”) except employees, agents, contractors or consultants of the Promoter (as defined below) and their immediate families, the Promoter's associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition (“Entrants).

 

2.             The Competition is open for entries on 28 March 2014 at 12.00 (GMT) ("Opening Date") and closes on:

a)     25 May 2014 at 23.59 (GMT) ("First Closing Date"), for a chance to win a pair of FIFA™ World Cup match tickets; and

b)    13 July 2014 at 23.59 (BST) (“Second Closing Date”), for a chance to win selected PlayStation® products.

 

3.             The period from the Opening Date to and including the First Closing Date shall be referred to as the “First Competition Periodand the period from the Opening Date to and including the Second Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Second Competition Period.

 

4.             By entering the Competition, Entrants accept and will be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

 

5.             To enter the Competition, Entrants must complete the following steps during the First Competition Period or the Second Competition Period: 

a)     purchase an Eligible Item (as defined below) and retain proof of such purchase;

b)    if they do not already have a Sony Entertainment Network (“SEN”) account (previously known as PlayStation®Network), create one using their PlayStation® system or by visiting http://eu.playstation.com/registration/;

c)     sign into their SEN account;

d)    follow the instructions to activate and link their Eligible Item to their SEN account.  Instructions can be found at http://faq.en.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4621/~/activate-a-system-on-your-sen-account;

e)     visit the Competition page at http://eu.playstation.com/worldcup2014 and enter their email address in the field provided to request an email from the Promoter, which will provide instructions on how to proceed with the Competition (“Email”). Note that it may take up to 72 hours for the email to be sent so the request should be made no later than 72 hours before the First Closing Date or the Second Closing Date, as relevant. The email address provided must be the one linked to such Entrant’s SEN account; and

f)     once they have received the Email, they must follow the instructions therein to be directed to the Competition online landing page where they will be required to:

1.     click “Start” to begin the timed multiple choice quiz;

2.     answer the five (5) multiple choice questions as quickly as possible;

3.     click “Submit” once completed to stop the timer.

 

6.             “Eligible Items” means PlayStation®Vita, PlayStation®3, PlayStation®4 and/or any purchase from the PlayStation®Store, and “Eligible Item” means any one of them.

 

7.             Registration for SEN is subject to acceptance of the SEN Terms of Service and SEN Privacy Policy (http://uk.playstation.com/legal/).

 

8.             Each Entrant may submit a maximum of four (4) entries in total, but shall be limited to:

a)     one (1) entry for any number of PlayStation®Vita purchases;

b)    one (1) entry for any number of PlayStation®3 purchases;

c)     one (1) entry for any number of PlayStation®4 purchases; and

d)    one (1) entry for any number of purchases from the PlayStation®Store.

 

9.             The First Round Winners (as defined below) will be selected from entries made in the First Competition Period and the Second Round Winners (as defined below) will be selected from entries made in the Second Competition Period.  Each Entrant will only be eligible to win one Prize (as defined below) per entry.

                                                                                     

10.          There will be:

a)     one (1) winner (“Winner”);

b)    one (1) first runner-up (“First Runner-Up”);

c)     one (1) second runner-up (“Second Runner-Up”)

d)    twenty two (22) third runner-ups (each a “Third Runner-Up”);

e)     five (5) fourth runner-ups (each a “Fourth Runner-Up”);

f)     ten (10) fifth runner-ups (each a “Fifth Runner-Up”);

g)    ten (10) sixth runner-ups (each a “Sixth Runner-Up”);

h)     ten (10) seventh runner-ups (each a “Seventh Runner-Up”);

i)      fifty (50) eighth runner-ups (each an “Eighth Runner-Up”);

j)      five hundred (500) ninth runner-ups (each a “Ninth Runner-Up”);

k)     one thousand (1000) tenth runner-ups (each a “Tenth Runner-Up”); and

l)      ten thousand (10,000) eleventh runner-ups (each an “Eleventh Runner-Up”).

 

11.          In these terms, “First Round Winner” shall mean a Winner, First Runner-Up, Second Runner-Up and/or Third Runner-up, as appropriate in the context.

 

12.          In these terms, “Second Round Winner” shall mean a Fourth Runner-Up, Fifth Runner-Up, Sixth Runner-Up, Seventh Runner-Up, Eighth Runner-Up, Ninth Runner-Up, Tenth Runner-Up and/or Eleventh Runner-Up, as appropriate in the context.

 

13.          Each First Round Winner shall be determined as follows for entries made during the First Competition Period:

a)     each Entrant will be awarded a score corresponding to the number of questions they answered correctly (“Score”) and a time corresponding to the time in which it took them to complete the questions and click “Submit” (“Time”).  Times shall be recorded to three decimal places;

b)    the Winner will be the Entrant with the highest Score.  In the event that more than one Entrant obtains the equal highest Score, the Winner shall be the Entrant that obtained the highest Score in the fastest Time;

c)     in the event that more than one Entrant obtained the highest Score in the exact same fastest Time, those Entrants shall complete another set of timed multiple-choice questions to determine the Winner, in accordance with the ranking mechanism set out in a) and b) above.  In the event of a further tie, this process shall be repeated until one (1) Winner is obtained; and

d)    the First Runner-Up will be the Entrant with the next highest score after the Winner and shall be determined using the mechanism set out in a), b) and c) above;

e)     the Second Runner-Up will be the Entrant with the next highest score after the First Runner-Up and shall be determined using the mechanism set out in a), b) and c) above; and

f)     the Third Runner-Ups will be the Entrants with the next highest scores after the Second Runner-Up and shall be determined using the mechanism set out in a), b) and c) above.

 

14.          Each Second Round Winner shall be determined as follows for entries made during the Second Competition Period (excluding the First Round Winners):

a)     each Entrant will be awarded a score corresponding to the number of questions they answered correctly (“Score”) and a time corresponding to the time in which it took them to complete the questions and click “Submit” (“Time”).  Times shall be recorded to three decimal places;

b)    the Fourth Runner-Ups will be the Entrants with the highest Scores.  In the event that more than five (5) Entrants obtain the equal highest Score, the Fourth Runner-Ups shall be the Entrants that obtained the highest Scores in the fastest Time;

c)     in the event that more than five (5) Entrants obtained the highest Score in the exact same fastest Time, those Entrants shall complete another set of timed multiple-choice questions to determine the Fourth Runner-Ups, in accordance with the ranking mechanism set out in a) and b) above.  In the event of a further tie, this process shall be repeated until five (5) Fourth Runner-Ups are obtained; and

d)    the Fifth Runner-Ups will be the Entrants with the next highest scores after the Fourth Runner-Ups and shall be determined using the mechanism set out in a), b) and c) above;

e)     the Sixth Runner-Ups will be the Entrants with the next highest scores after the Fifth Runner-Ups and shall be determined using the mechanism set out in a), b) and c) above;

f)     the Seventh Runner-Ups will be the Entrants with the next highest scores after the Sixth Runner-Ups and shall be determined using the mechanism set out in a), b) and c) above;

g)    the Eighth Runner-Ups will be the Entrants with the next highest scores after the Seventh Runner-Ups and shall be determined using the mechanism set out in a), b) and c) above;

h)     the Ninth Runner-Ups will be the Entrants with the next highest scores after the Eighth Runner-Ups and shall be determined using the mechanism set out in a), b) and c) above;

i)      the Tenth Runner-Ups will be the Entrants with the next highest scores after the Ninth Runner-Ups and shall be determined using the mechanism set out in a), b) and c) above; and

j)      the Eleventh Runner-Ups will be the Entrants with the next highest scores after the Tenth Runner-Ups and shall be determined using the mechanism set out in a), b) and c) above.

 

15.          The Promoter shall notify each First Round Winner, by email to the email address linked to their SEN account, of their selection within one (1) week of the First Closing Date.

 

16.          In order to claim their Prize, each First Round Winner must respond appropriately to the Promoter’s notification email within three (3) days from the date of the Promoter’s notification email, and provide their full name, address, date of birth, contact phone number and the name of their chosen companion (who must also be over eighteen (18) years of age) (“Companion”).

 

17.          The Winner will win the following “Winner Prize”:

a)     two (2) tickets (one (1) ticket for the Winner and one (1) ticket for their Companion) to the 2014 FIFA World Cup final match no. 64 at 16.00 (UTC) at the Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Sunday 13 July 2014 (“Final Match”);

b)    return economy class flights for the Winner and their Companion from the Winner’s home country to Rio de Janeiro International Airport (GIG) (“Rio Airport”) in Brazil, outbound between 11 July 2014 and 12 July 2014 and inbound between 15 July 2014 and 16 July 2014 (flights may not be direct and exact flight dates to be confirmed by the Promoter);

c)      four (4) nights’ stay in a double or twin room at a hotel in Rio de Janeiro with a minimum 3 star rating (“Rio Hotel 1”), including breakfast;

d)      return transport from Rio Airport to Rio Hotel 1 on the dates of their inbound and outbound flights;

e)      return transport from Rio Hotel 1 to the Final Match on Sunday 13 July 2014;

f)       travel insurance (as detailed below); and

g)      €400 to be put towards meals, drinks, tips, transport (other than transport expressly included above) and spending money for the duration of the trip.

 

18.          The First Runner-Up will win the following “First Runner-Up Prize”:

a)     two (2) tickets (one (1) ticket for the First Runner-Up and one (1) ticket for their Companion) to the 2014 FIFA World Cup semi-finals match no. 62 at 17.00 (UTC) at the Arena Corinthians in Sao Paolo, Brazil on Wednesday 9 July 2014 (“Semi-Finals Match”);

b)      return economy class flights for the First Runner-Up and their Companion from the First Runner-Up’s home country to Sao Paolo International Airport (GRU) (“Sao Paolo Airport”) in Brazil, outbound between 7 July 2014 and 8 July 2014 and inbound between 10 July 2014 and 11 July 2014 (flights may not be direct and exact flight dates to be confirmed by the Promoter);

c)      three (3) nights’ stay in a double or twin room at a hotel in Sao Paulo with a minimum 3 star rating (“Sao Paolo Hotel”), including Breakfast;

d)      return transport from Sao Paolo Airport to Sao Paolo Hotel on the dates of their inbound and outbound flights;

e)      return transport from Sao Paolo Hotel to the Semi-Finals Match on Wednesday 9 July 2014;

f)       travel insurance (as detailed below); and

g)      €400 to be put towards meals, drinks, tips, transport (other than transport expressly included above) and spending money for the duration of the trip.

 

19.          The Second Runner-Up will win the following “Second Runner-Up Prize”:

h)     two (2) tickets (one (1) ticket for the Second Runner-Up and one (1) ticket for their Companion) to the 2014 FIFA World Cup quarter finals match no. 58 at 13.00 (UTC) at the Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Friday 4 July 2014 (“Quarter Finals Match”);

i)      return economy class flights for the Second Runner-Up and their Companion from the Second Runner-Up’s home country to Rio Airport in Brazil, outbound between 2 July 2014 and 3 July 2014 and inbound between 5 July 2014 and 6 July 2014 (flights may not be direct and exact flight dates to be confirmed by the Promoter);

j)        three (3) nights’ stay in a double or twin room at a hotel in Rio de Janeiro with a minimum 3 star rating (“Rio Hotel 2”), including breakfast;

k)      return transport from Rio Airport to Rio Hotel 2 on the dates of their inbound and outbound flights;

l)        return transport from Rio Hotel 2 to the Quarter Finals Match on Friday 4 July 2014;

m)     travel insurance (as detailed below); and

n)      €400 to be put towards meals, drinks, tips, transport (other than transport expressly included above) and spending money for the duration of the trip.

 

20.          Each Third Runner-Up will win the following “Third Runner-Up Prize”:

a)     two (2) tickets (one (1) ticket for each Third Runner-Up and one (1) ticket for their Companion) to the 2014 FIFA World Cup stage 16 match no. 50 at 17.00 (UTC) at the Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Saturday 28 June 2014 (“Stage 16 Match”);

b)      return economy class flights for each Third Runner-Up and their Companion from each Third Runner-Up’s home country to Rio Airport in Brazil, outbound between 26 June 2014 and 27 June 2014 and inbound between 29 June 2014 and 30 June 2014 (flights may not be direct and exact flight dates to be confirmed by the Promoter);

c)      three (3) nights’ stay in a double or twin room at a hotel in Rio de Janeiro with a minimum 3 star rating (“Rio Hotel 3”), including breakfast;

d)      return transport from Rio Airport to Rio Hotel 3 on the dates of their inbound and outbound flights;

e)      return transport from Rio Hotel 3 to the Stage 16 Match on Saturday 28 June 2014;

f)       travel insurance (as detailed below); and

g)      €400 to be put towards meals, drinks, tips, transport (other than transport expressly included above) and spending money for the duration of the trip.

 

21.          In these terms:

a)     “Match” shall mean the Final Match, Semi Finals Match, Quarter Finals Match and/or Stage 16 Match, as appropriate in the context;

b)    “First Round Winner Prize” shall mean a Winner Prize, First Runner-Up Prize, Second Runner-Up Prize and/or Third Runner-Up Prize, as appropriate in the context; and

c)     “Hotel” shall mean Sao Paolo Hotel, Rio Hotel 1, Rio Hotel 2 and/or Rio Hotel 3, as appropriate in the context.

 

22.          Each First Round Winner will be contacted by a third party agency (“Agency”) within one (1) week of the date on which they confirmed their details to the Promoter, to arrange travel and other First Round Winner Prize logistics. The Agency may liaise with each First Round Winner to discuss suitable travel arrangements (including, but not limited to, preferred departure airports and flight times). All flight, hotel and transport arrangements are at the Agency and/or the Promoter’s sole discretion.

 

23.          Each First Round Winner and their Companion will be required to complete an information and prize acceptance form and submit copies of their passports to the Agency to enable the Agency to make the required arrangements.  At the Agency’s request, each First Round Winner shall provide any further personal details (for themselves and their Companion) which the Agency may reasonably require.

 

24.          The ultimate value of the Winner Prize and First Runner-Up Prize will vary according to the transport and accommodation provided, however the approximate Winner Prize and First Runner-Up Prize value (excluding VAT) is:

a)     AUD 24,608;

b)    EUR 16,000;

c)     CZK 437,540;

d)    DKK 119,421;

e)     HUF 5,001,835;

f)     NZD 26,007;

g)    PLN 67,732;

h)     RUB 812,663;

i)      SEK 141,598; and

j)      GBP 13,362.

 

25.          The ultimate value of the Second Runner-Up Prize will vary according to the transport and accommodation provided, however the approximate Second Runner-Up Prize value (excluding VAT) is:

a)     AUD 23,070;

b)    EUR 15,000;

c)     CZK 410,152;

d)    DKK 111,957;

e)     HUF 4,687,735;

f)     NZD 24,382;

g)    PLN 63,489;

h)     RUB 761,871;

i)      SEK 132,752; and

j)      GBP 12,527.

 

26.          The ultimate value of the Third Runner-Up Prize will vary according to the transport and accommodation provided, however the approximate Third Runner-Up Prize value (excluding VAT) is:

a)     AUD 21,529;

b)    EUR 14,000;

c)     CZK 382,820;

d)    DKK 104,493;

e)     HUF 4,375,275;

f)     NZD 22,756;

g)    PLN 59,265;

h)     RUB 711,080;

i)      SEK 123,902; and

j)      GBP 11,691.

 

27.          Each First Round Winner is responsible for all travel and other related expenses not forming part of the First Round Winner Prize, including but not limited to any meals or other refreshments in excess of the €400 allowance included in the First Round Winner Prize.

 

28.          Each First Round Winner will need to provide valid credit or debit card details to the Hotel at check-in for any security deposit or additional charges which may be incurred.

 

29.          Each First Round Winner and their Companion must have a valid passport with an expiry date of at least six (6) months after 16 July 2014. 

 

30.          Travel visas are the responsibility of each First Round Winner and their Companion. Each First Round Winner and their Companion may be required to visit the relevant website and complete the required information to apply for authorisation to enter Brazil.  Each First Round Winner and/or their Companion may not gain entry to Brazil without a valid visa (if applicable).

 

31.          The Agency will arrange basic level travel insurance (excluding any pre-existing medical conditions) for each First Round Winner and their Companion prior to departure.  Travel insurance cover is subject to restrictions, and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.  Each First Round Winner and/or their Companion shall be responsible for any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and/or persons over the age of 65 (if applicable). 

 

32.          The Agency will use reasonable endeavours to send the First Round Winner Prize to each First Round Winner as follows:

a)     by email, to the email addresses provided by each First Round Winner, electronic tickets or booking confirmations for the flights, Match, transport, travel insurance and Hotel; and

b)    by bank transfer, to a bank account specified by each First Round Winner, or by cheque sent via registered post, to the postal addresses provided by each First Round Winner, the €400,

within one (1) week of the point at which any further details have been provided to the Promoter and/or Agency by each First Round Winner as required.

 

33.          The Promoter shall notify each Second Round Winner, by email to the email address linked to their SEN account, of their selection within one (1) week of the Second Closing Date.

 

34.          In order to claim their Second Round Winner Prize, each Second Round Winner must respond appropriately to the Promoter’s notification email within five (5) days from the date of the Promoter’s notification email, and provide their full name, address and date of birth.

 

35.          Each Fourth Runner-Up will win one (1) PlayStation®4, each with a value of AUD 539.95 / EUR 399.99 / CZK 10,910 / DKK 2,985 / HUF 125,121 / NZD 649.95 / PLN 1,763 / RUB 20,316 / SEK 3,539 / GBP 349.99 (“Fourth Runner-Up Prize”).

 

36.          Each Fifth Runner-Up will win one (1) PlayStation®3 (500 GB), each with a value of AUD 399.95 / EUR 299.99 / CZK 8,202 / DKK 2,239 / HUF 93,840 / NZD 519.95 / PLN 1,291.44 / RUB 15,237 / SEK 2,655 / GBP 249.99 (“Fifth Runner-Up Prize”).

 

37.          Each Sixth Runner-Up will win one (1) PlayStation®Vita WIFI, each with a value of AUD 269.95 / EUR 199.99 / CZK 5,468 / DKK 1,492 / HUF 62,559 / NZD 329.95 / PLN 860.94 / RUB 10,158 / SEK 1,770 / GBP 176.99 (“Sixth Runner-Up Prize”).

 

38.          Each Seventh Runner-Up will win one (1) Sony PlayStation® Wireless Stereo Headset 2.0, each with a value of AUD 129.95 / EUR 89.99 / CZK 2,460 / DKK 671 / HUF 28,149 / NZD 149.95 / PLN 399 / RUB 4,570 / SEK 796 / GBP 77.99 (“Seventh Runner-Up Prize”).

 

39.          Each Eighth Runner-Up will win one (1) copy of EA Sports 2014 FIFA™ World Cup Brazil, each with a value of AUD 99.95 / EUR 69.99 / CZK 1,913 / DKK 522 / HUF 21,889 / NZD 122.62 / PLN 277.08 / RUB 3,554 / SEK 619 / GBP 59.99 (“Eighth Runner-Up Prize”).

 

40.          Each Ninth Runner-Up will win one (1) twelve month PlayStation®Plus subscription, each with a value of AUD 69.95 / EUR 49.99 / CZK 1,299 / DKK 375 / HUF 15,000 / NZD 89.95 / PLN 195 / RUB 1,950 / SEK 480 / GBP 39.99 (“Ninth Runner-Up Prize”).

 

41.          Each Tenth Runner-Up will win one (1) three month PlayStation®Plus subscription, each with a value of AUD 19.95 / EUR 14.99 / CZK 390 / DKK 115 / HUF 4,500 / NZD 24.95 / PLN 59 / RUB 585 / SEK 145 / GBP 11.99 (“Tenth Runner-Up Prize”).

 

42.          Each Eleventh Runner-Up will win one (1) one month PlayStation®Plus subscription, each with a value of AUD 9.95 / EUR 6.99 / CZK 180 / DKK 55 / HUF 2,098 / NZD 11.95 / PLN 27 / RUB 270 / SEK 65 / GBP 5.49 (“Eleventh Runner-Up Prize”).

 

43.          In these terms, “Second Round Winner Prize” shall mean a Fourth Runner-Up Prize, Fifth Runner-Up Prize, Sixth Runner-Up Prize, Seventh Runner-Up Prize, Eighth Runner-Up Prize, Ninth Runner-Up Prize, Tenth Runner-Up Prize and/or Eleventh Runner-Up Prize, as appropriate in the context, and “Prize” shall mean a First Round Winner Prize and/or Second Round Winner Prize, as appropriate in the context.

 

44.          Voucher codes are subject to terms and conditions of use. Please click here for details. Voucher codes are not transferable and may not be re-sold. Voucher codes have an expiry date which will be communicated with the voucher code.

 

45.          PlayStation®Plus subscriptions are only available to SEN account holders with access to high-speed internet. Users must be 7 years or older and users under 18 require parental consent - eu.playstation.com/legal.  PlayStation®Plus content and services vary by subscriber age. Online features of specific games may be withdrawn on reasonable notice – eu.playstation.com/gameservers.  Service availability is not guaranteed. At the end of your subscription, if you do not take any action, it will automatically renew in accordance with the SEN Terms of Service and you will be charged from funds in your SEN wallet.  Full terms and conditions can be found in the SEN Terms of Service at eu.playstation.com/legal.

 

46.          The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to send:

a)     by courier, the Fourth Runner-Up Prize to each Fourth Runner-Up;

b)    by courier, the Fifth Runner-Up Prize to each Fifth Runner-Up;

c)     by courier, the Sixth Runner-Up Prize to each Sixth Runner-Up;

d)    by courier, the Seventh Runner-Up Prize to each Seventh Runner-Up;

e)     by courier, the Eighth Runner-Up Prize to each Eighth Runner-Up;

f)     by email, the Ninth Runner-Up Prize to each Ninth Runner-Up;

g)    by email, the Tenth Runner-Up Prize to each Tenth Runner-Up; and

h)     by email, the Eleventh Runner-Up Prize to each Eleventh Runner-Up,

within fourteen (14) days of receiving a Second Round Winner’s details.  

 

47.          Prizes must be taken as stated and may not be deferred.  There will be no cash alternatives; however the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of a similar value.

 

48.          The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any problem which may result in any Competition entry or other correspondence being lost or not being properly registered.

 

49.          In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

 

50.          The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Terms at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside its control.

 

51.          If a Second Round Winner Prize is found to be ineffective, faulty or damaged upon receipt, the Promoter must be notified in writing within seven (7) days of receipt, otherwise the Second Round Winner Prize will be deemed to be accepted as received.  This does not affect a Second Round Winner’s statutory rights (if any).

 

52.          Each First Round Winner and Second Round Winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.  In particular, the Promoter may want to film each First Round Winner and their Companion at the Event.  By attending the Event, each First Round Winner and their Companion will be deemed to give the Promoter, and its associated companies, licensees and assignees, permission to:

a)     photograph, film and record them during their visit;

b)    edit, alter, reproduce, publish and distribute any such photographs, recordings and films or anything derived from them (“Material”) in any medium; and

c)     use the Material, in whole or in part, for any purposes it deems necessary to promote, advertise or exploit any of Promoter’s products and anything connected with or derived from them.

 

53.          Each First Round Winner and their Companion also agree to waive any moral rights that they may have in the Material and to release the Promoter and its associated companies, licensees and assignees from any claims for payment in connection with their use of the Material.

 

54.          Each First Round Winner and Second Round Winner may be required to pay tax on any Prize won in accordance with their jurisdiction’s tax legislation and will be responsible for any related tax liability.

 

55.          If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms or that incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may in its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfill any Prize awarded. If an Entrant fails to comply with clauses 5, 7, 8, 16, 23 and/or 34, they will be excluded from the Competition and their entry will be declared void.

 

56.          Each First Round Winner and their Companion must ensure that they comply with the relevant rules of entry when attending the Match.  Any refusal of entry is not the responsibility of the Promoter and the Promoter shall have no liability to each First Round Winner and their Companion in respect of the same.

 

57.          The Promoter will publish each First Round Winner’s and Second Round Winner’s name on the Promoter’s website(s). Each First Round Winner’s and Second Round Winner’s name will be made available on reasonable request to those enclosing a self-addressed envelope marked ‘Chance to Win 2014 FIFA™ World Cup Brazil Tickets and selected PlayStation® Products Competition’ to the following address: Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited, 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP United Kingdom within six (6) weeks of the Closing Date.

60.          To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the contract between each Entrant and the Promoter shall be deemed to have been formed and performed in England.
