What we do

We are the official Twitter support for PlayStation Australia & New Zealand. If you have any questions about your PS4, PS3, PS Vita or other PlayStation system or service we are here to help. Our team of highly trained representatives can assist with a wide variety of issues, including troubleshoot technical problems, investigate error codes and even answer account related queries.

What you can expect from us

We will remain professional at all times and provide you with the best service possible, within 280 characters. We will aim to respond to tweets as soon as we receive them. This means you should receive a response as soon as possible.

Depending on your issue we may need to open a private chat session to ensure that your private details are kept safe. We are the only Official ANZ PlayStation Twitter account that will do this so if you receive similar requests from other accounts or anywhere else please report them through the official channels. We will broadcast daily tweets that inform you about help articles that you can use to resolve the most common issues. We will also broadcast live updates for things like planned maintenance and server outages.

What we expect from you

To keep things friendly, the use of swearing and vulgar language will not be tolerated. We understand it can get frustrating if things aren’t quite going to plan and that is why we are here to help.
