How to stream PlayStation Video content to an Android device

  1. Go to Google Play and download the PlayStation Video app.
  2. Open the app and sign-in to your SEN account.
  3. Tap the Navicon Menu in the top left corner.
  4. From the menu tap My Videos.
  5. In the My Videos (cloud library) section you will see all your videos available for playback – plus any recent purchases ready for stream. Simply tap your recent purchase that you wish to view.
  6. The video will begin to either stream to your device.

If you are using a non-Xperia Android device you can only stream PlayStation Video. You cannot download.

How to download or stream PlayStation Video content to an Xperia device

  1. Locate the PlayStation Video app and tap it to launch the service.
  2. If prompted to, sign in to your PlayStation Network account.
  3. Tap the Navicon Menu in the top left corner.
  4. From the menu tap My Videos.
  5. In the My Videos (cloud library) section you will see all your videos available for playback – plus any recent purchases ready for stream or download. Simply tap your recent purchase that you wish to view.
  6. The video will begin to either stream or download to your device (depending on your choice at the time of purchase).

When renting a movie the following restrictions apply:

The movie must be watched within 30 days of payment. Once viewing has been started you cannot continue watching it on another device and you have 48 hours to finish watching it. You can watch the video as many times as you want during the 48 hour period unless the 30 day limit is reached within that time.

Once playback has started it cannot be rented on that account again, or on any other device, until the end of the current rental period (48 hours from start of playback).
