It’s a PSN account for children. If you would prefer not to allow your children access to PSN, you can make a local user for them. Local users allow children to use the PS4 offline and they won’t be able to access PSN.
We strongly advise you to make sure your children only use a sub account if you want to allow access to PSN. Sub accounts are linked to a master account, so the adult who owns the master account can control children’s access to PSN.
