Just need to change your Sign-In ID?

If you already know your current Sign-In ID email address, you can change it easily by heading to Account Management on your web browser and selecting the [Account Details] section. Click the button below to get started.

You can also change it directly on your PS4 system by heading to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information].


Having trouble?

Don't know your Sign-In ID?

If you can't remember the email address you use to access PSN and have lost access to your account, you will need to contact us. Please make sure to have a form of photographic ID ready, as we'll need you to prove your identity.

No access to your email account?

If you can't access the email account you use to access PSN, first try contacting your email provider to regain access. If you still have trouble and need to contact us, please have a form of photographic ID ready to verify your identity, along with a new email address you'd like to use.
