How to use your PlayStation Portable to update personal information on your SEN account

This article explains what information you can and can’t change on your SEN account and how to do so.

 
 

You can change most of the information you provided when you set up your Sony Entertainment Network account. However, there are some details that cannot be changed. Please see the table below for more information:

You cannot change:

You can change:

  • Online ID
  • Country/region
  • Date of birth
  • First and last names
  • Sign-in ID
  • Address
  • Language (on PlayStation systems only)
  • Gender

How do I change my personal account information?

On the XMB™ Menu go to [PlayStation Network] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] and make the required changes.
