Here are some initial steps that can improve the Remote Play experience:
PlayStation 4 System
Computer
Close Remote Play app by selecting Close button, then restart.
Reboot the computer, then start the Remote Play app.
Windows
In Control Panel, click [Programs and Features], and then uninstall [PS4 Remote Play].
Mac
Drag [PS4 Remote Play] from the Applications folder to the Trash. Then choose Finder > [Empty Trash].
