FIFA 18 branded PlayStation® Plus: 12 Month Membership, purchased only in-game via the in-game banner or via the online multiplayer gate.

“Applicable Stores”

PlayStation®4 system store accessed only via the in-game banner or the offer at the game’s online multiplayer gate, excluding all other methods of purchase, other PlayStation® stores and in-game commerce.

Eligible Persons must:

a.             During the Promotional Period sign into their SEN account, load FIFA 18 and navigate to the PlayStation Plus® banner or the online multiplayer gate.

b.            Click on the PlayStation® Plus banner or the PlayStation® Plus offer shown at the online multiplayer gate and once presented with the PlayStation® Plus membership options, place one Applicable Product into to their shopping cart on the Applicable Store.

c.             complete check out before the Closing Date.

“FUT Points”

Eligible Persons who complete the Steps will receive 1,050 FIFA 18 Ultimate Team Points.

“FUT Points Distribution Period”

Up to 14 days after the completion of the Steps.


1.             This FUT Points (“Offer”) is open to residents of the Entrant Countries who are Sony Entertainment Network (“SEN”) (previously known as PlayStation®Network (“PSN”)) account holders and meet the Additional Eligibility Requirements (“Eligible Persons”).


2.             This Offer opens on the Opening Date and closes on the Closing Date.  The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Promotional Period


3.             To take advantage of this Offer, Eligible Persons must complete the Steps. Only the Applicable Product qualifies, non FIFA branded 12 Month and all other PlayStation®Plus memberships are excluded. All PlayStation®Plus memberships which auto-renew during the Promotional Period are excluded.


4.             Eligible Persons who complete the Steps will during the FUT Point Distribution Period receive a PS4 system message or email which either:

                    a.   Notifies them that the FUT Points have been added to their SEN account; or

                    b.   Contains a voucher code and redemption instructions for the FUT Points, in which case the FUT Points must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions in the message.


5.             No cash or other alternative to the FUT Points is offered and the FUT Points are not transferrable and may not be sold.


6.             In order to utilise the FUT Points, the SEN account participating in the Offer needs to have access to a version of the FIFA 18 game.


7.             Only one Offer per Eligible Person.


8.             Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


9.             FUT Points do not have an expiry date but may only be used in versions of FIFA 18. All other FIFA titles are excluded.


10.          FUT Points are subject to terms and conditions of use: see sections 3 and 6 of the EA User Agreement.


11.          FUT Points will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.


12.          Returns of any Applicable Product will be in accordance with the PlayStation Store Cancellation Policy. If an Applicable Product is returned and a refund is made then the FUT Points will not be supplied. Any products purchased using a multi-buy discount code, can only be returned if all products are returned together and you have not started downloading or streaming any part of them.


13.          Internet required. Eligible Persons are responsible for any internet access fees.


14.          If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may in its sole discretion refuse to deliver any FUT Points.


15.          The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure of any Eligible Person to create or sign-in to their SEN account or to receive or redeem FUT Points, as result of any Eligible Person’s or third party’s network, hardware or software failure of any kind. 


16.          PlayStation®Plus subscription only available to Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) account holders with access to PlayStation®Store and high-speed internet.  PlayStation™Network (PSN), PS Store and PS Plus subject to terms of use and country and language restrictions; PS Plus content and services vary by subscriber age. Users must be 7 years or older and users under 18 require parental consent, except that users in Germany must be 18 years or older. Service availability is not guaranteed. 17.          This membership is a paid-for ongoing membership and a recurring membership fee of the then current price for a 12 month PlayStation®Plus membership will be deducted from your wallet after the first twelve months and every subsequent 12 months.


18.          Recurring membership fee: £49.99 until otherwise notified by email to the email address registered to your account.


19.          Billing frequency: every twelve months.


20.          Membership duration: ongoing until cancellation.


21.          You can cancel your membership at any time so that your membership will expire at the end of the then current month. This will stop future payments of the membership fees but you will not receive a refund for payments already made.

23.          When you click [Order & Pay], we will turn ON automatic funding in your account settings. This means that if you do not have enough funds in your wallet to pay for your membership renewal, the required balance will be charged to the payment method registered to your account (if any) unless you turn off automatic funding. To turn off automatic funding, go to [Account Settings] > [Wallet] > [Wallet Settings].


24.          The Promoter reserves the right to alter or cancel this Offer or update and/or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.


25.          In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.


26.          The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of the Offer.

28.          To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the contract between each Entrant and the Promoter shall be deemed to have been formed and performed in England.
