How to reset a child account password on PSN

Find out how to reset a child account password on PSN using your PlayStation system or through account management online.

If you have a child account and you know your own password, you will be able to change it without the help of a family manager or guardian.

Child accounts cannot reset forgotten passwords — the family manager or a guardian account will need to help change the password.
