The Sims Bustin' Out

Manipulating the little people is no longer the preserve of politicians

  • Release Date: TBC
  • Genre: Strategy / Simulation

The Sims Bustin' Out follows up last year's original, adding a heap of new content for fans of the people management game. By creating your own personal Sim - a little computer person who'll do as you tell them - you can enter the world of the Sims and help your creation climb the career ladder, forge new relationships and create the perfect home. Or get fired, argue with everyone they meet, and live in a pigsty. It's entirely up to you...

Unlike the original Sims, Bustin' Out puts the emphasis on visiting a wide variety of different locations. When the game begins, you can move out of the family home into a flat (courtesy of a natty little scooter), without having to spend ages learning the basics if you don't want to.

Beyond your new flat, new locations become available depending on the career path you choose, but expect variety, with gyms, science labs and the like all providing distinctive locations to nose around. There's also a load more items and activities to try out.

That's not all. Using the Network Adaptor, The Sims Bustin' Out allows you to go online and spend a 'Sims weekend' with another player's Sim! Two virtual days will pass in this session, during which time you can do your best to get your Sims to snog. We'd imagine...
