Please note: PlayStation Experts can answer general questions about your account or a transaction. PlayStation Experts are not able to make changes to your account or provide refunds, for help with these issues contact PlayStation Support.

How to get support from the PlayStation Experts

  1. Press Ask a PlayStation Expert displayed at the bottom right of the screen to start an online conversation with a PlayStation Expert through the Limitless application.

 

  1. Provide your first name and a valid email address to submit your question. 

Don't share any other personal or account information when submitting your question or any reply.

When a PlayStation Expert reviews your question, you receive an answer in this chat window as well as the email address you provided.

  1. Once you've provided the required information, click Send.

The PlayStation Expert is notified and reviews your question as soon as possible. An email will also be sent out to the email address you provided so you can be notified once a response has been made and to allow you to easily return to the conversation at any time.
