How to use your PlayStation 3 to update personal information on your SEN account

You can change most of the information you provided when you set up your SEN account. However, there are some details that cannot be changed. Please see the table below for more information:

You cannot change:

You can change:

  • Online ID
  • Country/region
  • Date of birth
  • First and last names
  • Sign-in ID
  • Address
  • Language (on PlayStation systems only)
  • Gender

How to change your account details

  1. Select your local user.
  2. Go to [PlayStation Network] > [Sign-in] > [Account Management] > [Account Information].
  3. Select the detail you want to change and enter your account password.
  4. Don't forget to save your changes.

Before you contact us

  • Details of the payment method in use on your account.
  • Serial number of the console used to create or log into your account.
