Warranty extension 90 days for Indonesia

IMPORTANT: Online console registration for 90 days warranty extension applies ONLY in Indonesia.

This article explains how to register console on the web site to receive additional 90 days of warranty. This applicable only for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®Classic.

How to register console to your PlayStation Network account on the web browser

  1. Go to Product registration page and log in.
  2. Click My Product and Product Registration button.
  1. Select your product.
  1. Select model number. You can find the model number from console's original packaging.
  1. Enter console serial number and click Submit.
  • For CFI-10xx, you can find a 15-digit serial number from console's original packaging.
  • For CFI-11xx, you can find a 17-digit serial number from console's original packaging. 
  1. Enter Purchase Channel, Invoice number, Purchase Date, Word Verification, then click Submit. Please make sure that provided information is correct. Once you submit the information, you cannot make changes.
  1. You can see that warranty registration is completed.

Information required

  • PlayStation sign-in ID (email address)
  • PlayStation account password
  • Consoles serial number
    For CFI-10xx, the serial number is comprised of 15 characters and is located on the bottom of the console’s original packaging. For online product warranty registration, it requires a 15-digit serial number.

    For CFI-11xx, the serial number is comprised of 17 characters and is located on the bottom of the console’s original packaging. For online product warranty registration, it requires a 17-digit serial number.

  • Consoles model number
    The model number consists of the letters CFI, followed by 1xxx and the letter A or B. The model number is located on the bottom of the console when positioned vertically.
  • Purchase date (purchase invoice)
