These Terms and Conditions (inclusive of all Schedules attached hereto, the ‘Terms’) govern the participation of Entrants (as defined below) in the GT World Series Online Qualifiers 2025 (the ‘Competition’). By entering the Competition, each Entrant acknowledges they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Overview:
1. The Competition is a video game competition conducted online using Gran Turismo™7 (‘Game’) and either a PlayStation®5 console (‘PS5’) or PlayStation®4 console ('PS4’).
2. The Competition consists of two (2) different Cups (each a ‘Cup’): the GT World Series Nations Cup(the ‘Nations Cup’) and the GT World Series Manufacturers Cup (the ‘Manufacturers Cup’) as summarised below and as further described in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2, respectively:
a. The Nations Cup is a championship in which Entrants representing their country/territory will compete for victory (as registered on such Entrant’s account for PlayStation™Network (‘PSN Account’)). There are no restrictions on the country/territory of origin of the cars that will be driven; and
b. The Manufacturers Cup is a championship in which Entrants race using cars made by a single car manufacturer. Entrants will first compete to be the best racer for their manufacturer, and then will race to beat Entrants who represent other manufacturers. Entrants shall choose their manufacturer from a predetermined list of twenty-seven (27) manufacturers.
Each Cup will consist of one Online Qualifiers and four Live Events. Details of each Cup are set out in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturers Cup), respectively.
3. Please note that dates and times specified in the Terms are based on Coordinated Universal Time. Please check your local time and date.
Eligibility:
4. To be eligible to compete in the Competition as an ‘Entrant’, an individual must:
a. meet the Minimum Age Requirement (as defined below);
b. have a valid and active PSN Account registered in the Entrant’s Country or Territory (as defined below);
c. not be in violation of the PSN Terms of Service or subject to any disciplinary measures in the Game or on any PSN Account registered by the Entrant;
d. are (i) not an employee, agent, contractor or consultant of the Promoter (as defined below) or Promoter’s affiliated companies, (ii) not professionally associated with the Competition, or (iii) not an immediate family member of any of the foregoing; and
e. are citizens or legal permanent residents of the countries or territories outlined in the table below (together, the ‘Entrant Countries or Territories’ and each such country or territory shall be an ‘Entrant Countryor Territory’). The ‘Promoter’ for each Entrant Country or Territory is outlined in the following table:

5. The ‘Minimum Age Requirement’ is as follows:
a. To enter the Online Qualifiers, Entrants must be seven (7) years or older, except Entrants who are residents of Japan who must be six (6) years or older, on or before the Opening Date. In addition, the following Entrants require parental consent to participate: Entrants under eighteen (18) years, Entrants who are residents of Korea under nineteen (19) years, and Entrants who are residents of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE under twenty-one (21) years. (‘Online Qualifiers Minimum Age Requirement’).
b. To enter any of the Live Events, Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or older, except Entrants who are residents of Korea who must be nineteen (19) years or older, and Entrants who are residents of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE who must be twenty-one (21) years or older, on or before the date of the Live Event (‘Live EventMinimum Age Requirement’).
6. The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary, but Entrants must own or have access to a PS4 or PS5 console and a copy of the Game. In addition, Entrants will need a high-speed internet connection and a PlayStation®Plus membership during the Competition. Terms and conditions for PlayStation®Plus apply: https://www.playstation.com/legal/ps-plus-usage-terms.
7. PlayStation®Plus (‘PS Plus’) membership is only available to individuals who have PSN Accounts with access to PlayStation™Store (‘PS Store’) and high-speed internet. PSN, PS Store and PS Plus are subject to terms of use and country/territory and language restrictions; PS Plus content and services vary over time, country/territory, plan and subscriber age. Users must be seven (7) years or older, except users who are residents of Japan who must be six (6) years or older. Users under eighteen (18), except for Entrants who are residents of Korea who are under nineteen (19) years and Entrants who are residents of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE who are under twenty-one (21) years, require parental consent. Service availability is not guaranteed. Online features of specific games may be withdrawn on reasonable notice - https://www.playstation.com/legal/gameservers. PS Plus is an ongoing subscription subject to a recurring subscription fee taken automatically (at the then-current PS Store price) at the frequency you choose at purchase until cancellation. 8. Entrants will be required to enter the Competition using their PSN Account. Entrants’ place of residence will be deemed to be the country or territory registered to their PSN Account. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service (including the Code of Conduct)https://www.playstation.com/legal/psn-terms-of-service and PSN Privacy Policyhttps://www.playstation.com/legal/privacy-policy.
9. Entrants may be required to provide documentary proof of their eligibility to enter the Competition. If an Entrant is unable to provide this proof when requested, the Promoter may disqualify that Entrant from the Competition. Entrants from Japan are required to sign a performance agreement in order to participate in the GT World Series Live Events and the World Finals Live Event.
10. By entering the Competition, Entrants accept and will be bound by these Terms.
How to enter:
11. The Competition opens for entries on 2 April at 00:01 UTC (‘Opening Date’) and last entries must be before 10 May at 23:59 UTC (‘Closing Date’). See Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 for more information. The period from the Opening Date to the Closing Date shall be referred to as the ‘Competition Entry Period’.
12. In order to enter the Competition, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Competition Entry Period via the Game:
a. Go to the ‘Sport’ mode in the GT7 World Map;
b. Select to play in the ‘Gran Turismo™ World Series 2025’ and select, during the Competition Entry Period, the Competition events they wish to compete for prior to the commencement of each race; and
c. Confirm acceptance of the Terms which will be shown at the end of the entry screen.
Each Entrant who follows these steps will be deemed to have made an ‘Entry’.
13. Entrants must enter the Competition in this manner by the Closing Date and time specified. Failure to do so will disqualify that Entry.
14. Each Entrant may only submit one (1) Entry per Cup. For the avoidance of doubt, races listed under each Cup racing calendar shall be at different times. It is therefore possible for Entrants to compete in both Cups and for the winner of the Nations Cup to also be part of the winning team in the Manufacturers Cup.
Winners & Runner-Ups:
15. Competition winners are defined in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturers Cup) in accordance with the relevant Cup mechanic (each a ‘Winner’). Competition runners-up are defined in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturers Cup) in accordance with the relevant Cup mechanic (each a ‘Runner-Up’). Note: this is an international Competition and Winners and Runners-Up may be selected from any of the participating Entrant Countries or Territories. There is a separate prize pool for Croatia for each Cup.
Prizes:
16. Prizes are as defined in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturers Cup), as applicable, and must be taken as stated and may not be deferred, transferred, re-sold, or redeemed for any item of value. There will be no cash alternatives; however, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of a similar value. For Entrants from Brazil, in the event that the Prize is substituted, the Promoter will provide notice to Participants within a reasonable time. All Prizes will be delivered to the confirmed Winner(s) and Runner(s)-Up by the Promoter. Entrants from Canada may be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time prior to being declared a confirmed Winner or Runner-Up.
17. Each Winner and each Runner-Up may be required to pay taxes on any Prize won in accordance with their jurisdiction’s tax legislation and where this is the case they will be responsible for any related tax liability. For Entrants from the United States of America and Canada, Winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will receive a Federal Tax Form 1099.
18. Failure to claim a Prize by the time or in the manner specified will make a Winner or Runner-Up’s claim invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected in accordance with the Terms. Where the Prize is time critical and a Winner/Runner-Up needs to be found before the time to take up the Prize passes, the Promoter may state the date on which the Winner will be contacted (see Schedules) and the Promoter will contact such Winner/Runner-Up at the email address associated with their PSN Account. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner/Runner-Up. If a Winner/Runner-Up cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made on the specified date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected in accordance with the Terms.
19. If any Prize is found to be ineffective, faulty or damaged upon receipt, the Promoter must be notified in writing within seven (7) days of receipt, otherwise the Prize will be deemed to be accepted as received. This does not affect a Winner’s and/or a Runner-Up’s statutory rights (if any).
Publicity:
20. Each Winner and Runner-Up agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter. For Entrants from all countries/territories excluding Japan: to opt-out of such publicity, the Winner and/or Runner-ups should notify the Promoter by contacting the Promoter at contact-competitions@polyphony.co.jp
21. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish each Winner’s and each Runner-Up’s name on the Promoter’s website(s). For Entrants from all countries/territories excluding Japan and Asia: each Winner’s and each Runner-Up’s name will be made available on reasonable request to those individuals enclosing a self-addressed envelope marked ‘Gran Turismo™ World Series 2025 Competition’ to the following address within six (6) weeks of the Closing Date:

Please note that the Promoter may be required to provide this information to a regulator.
22. To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in this Competition, each Entrant gives the Promoter (including Promoter’s parents, affiliates, agents, licensees, assigns, employees, and successors) a free, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use their name, image, likeness, Online ID, avatar and any other content provided to Promoter in connection with the Competition (including but not limited to, using footage of their gameplay and their image/likeness in broadcasts of the Competition, and on social media or blog posts connected to the Competition), to advertise or promote other Promoter tournaments or other PlayStation products or services. The Promoter will not make any further payment to the Entrant and use of these permissions will be without Entrant’s further notice, review, or approval.
Privacy:
23. Personal information which Entrants provide to the Promoter at the point of entry will be held and used by the Promoter and its group companies to administer the Competition in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.playstation.com/legal/privacy-policy) and as otherwise expressly agreed by an Entrant. The Personal information provided by the Entrants may only be delivered to subsidiaries, service providers, or companies related to the Organiser and/or by virtue of a judicial requirement or as otherwise permitted by law. Under no circumstances will Entrants’ personal information be transferred to third parties out of the cases unless in accordance with law (e.g., with Entrants consent, if applicable). Entrants may exercise their rights with respect to the personal information processed by the Promoter, including their right to access their personal information, or find contact information by visiting the Promoter’s privacy policy noted above. If an Entrant opts-out of any of the personal information processing described in this section, they may not be able to participate or attend the Live Events.
24. Additional term for Entrants from Argentina only: the aforementioned personal data may be delivered, used, and held only by the Administrator, its subsidiaries, companies, service providers, and contractors to administer the Competition or as otherwise described in the Administrator’s privacy policies, and to which the Entrants consent by accepting these terms. Under no circumstances will Entrants’ personal information be transferred to third parties out of the cases unless in accordance with law (e.g., with Entrants consent, if applicable). Entrants may exercise their rights with respect to the personal information processed by the Administrator, including their right to access their personal information, or find contact information by visiting their privacy policies noted above. The owner of the personal data has the power to exercise the right of access to them free of charge at intervals of no less than six (6) months, unless a legitimate interest is accredited to that effect as established in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The NATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, Control Body of Law No. 25,326.
Conduct:
25. The Promoter expects Entrants to respect the Competition and follow the spirit of ‘fair play’ at all times for the duration of the Competition. Entrants must be inclusive and respectful and comply with all applicable laws. In the event that the Promoter is made aware of an Entrant’s unfair or unsporting behaviour either within the Game or on social media platforms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify that Entrant immediately from the Competition or give a warning to the Entrant. Unfair or unsporting behaviour includes behaviour that is abusive, derogatory, offensive or otherwise not compliant with the Code of Conduct within the PSN Terms of Service (https://www.playstation.com/legal/psn-terms-of-service/#code-of-conduct).
26. It is prohibited for Entrant(s) to create duplicate PSN Accounts in order to compete, to increase their chances of qualifying or progressing through the Competition or to disrupt another Entrant’s performance during a race. It is also prohibited to have someone else competing on behalf of an Entrant, and to intentionally exchange positions during a race. In such events, the Promoter reserves its right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify such Entrant(s) from the Competition.
27. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
Ineligibility:
28. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may in its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfil any Prize awarded. If an Entrant fails to comply with these Terms, including Schedule 1 and/or Schedule 2, or uses multiple accounts and/or any automated system to enter, they will be excluded from the Competition and their Entry will be declared void.
Cancellation:
29. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition, in its entirety or in part, or amend these Terms at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside its control. E.g. this could include a change to the location of a live event due to coronavirus.
Commercial Rights:
30. All commercial rights (including without limitation any and all marketing and media rights) relating to the Competition belong to the Promoter and its licensors.
31. Entrants shall not associate themselves with the Competition or the Promoter in any commercial manner, nor use any intellectual property rights of those parties, nor shall they permit any third parties to do so, without the prior written consent of the applicable rights holders, which consent may be granted or withheld in each of their sole discretion.
32. Any Entrant wishing to carry out or facilitate any promotional or marketing activities with respect to the Competition, will need prior written consent from the Promoter or from the respective rights holders, which may be granted or withheld in each of their sole discretion.
33. The recording and dissemination of images or footage of the Competition for commercial purposes by or on behalf of Entrants is strictly prohibited.
34. ‘PlayStation’, ‘PlayStation family logo’, ‘PS5’, ‘PS4’ and ‘Gran Turismo’ are trademarks or registered trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.
Limitation of Liability:
35. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any Competition entry, or any other correspondence related to the Competition, being lost or not being properly registered whatsoever as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
36. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which an Entrant suffers as a direct or indirect result of the Prize and/or the Competition. However, for Entrants from all countries/territories excluding Japan, the Administrator makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused as a result of its negligence. For Entrants from Japan, the Administrator makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability caused as a result of its wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
37. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Prize and/or the Competition are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction:
38. To the extent allowed by applicable law, these Terms and any disputes that occur will be dealt with in accordance with the table below.

Schedule 1 – Nations Cup 2025
1. The Nations Cup 2025
1.1. Entrants shall enter the Nations Cup via the ‘Sport’ mode within the Game. Entrants must select and confirm they want to participate in the Nations Cup prior to starting each race.
The Nations Cup shall consist of the following online and live race events across five (5) Regions:

1.1.3. The World Finals Live Event (‘World Finals’) which will take place on the 20 and 21 December 2025 in Fukuoka, Japan.

1.2. Star Players
1.2.1. The following Entrants shall be eligible to register as a Star Player:
1.2.1.1. The twelve (12) Entrants of the ‘2024 Gran Turismo World Series - Nations Cup’ Live Events Rounds 1 to 3 (held on 6 July 2024, 10August 2024, and 28 September 2024) and World Finals (held on 8 December 2024).
1.2.1.2. The twelve (12) Entrants of the ‘2025 Gran Turismo World Series – Nations Cup’ (to be held on dates set out in 1.1.2 and 1.1.3).
1.2.2. If an Entrant meets one of the conditions set out in paragraph 1.2 of this Schedule 1, they shall receive an in-game notification within the Game (Gran Turismo™ 7), notifying them that they are eligible. Once they have received this notification, Entrants may register to become a Star Player by visiting www.gran-turismo.com. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to register as a Star Player.
1.2.3. Registered star players (hereafter referred to as ‘Star Players’) shall have an 'S’ driver rating.
1.2.4. The real names of Star Players will be displayed during the broadcast of the GT World Series Live Events and the World Finals Live Event, in addition to their Online IDs.
1.2.5. Once an Entrant has earned a Star Player driver rating, their rating shall apply to their driving profile for one successive Series only.
2. Nations Cup - Online Qualifiers (‘Online Qualifiers’)
2.1. The races in the Online Qualifiers are split into the following leagues, based on an Entrant’s Driver Rating:

2.1.1. The Driver Rating of Entrants when entering a Round for the first time during the Series determines the League the Entrant will join.
2.1.2. Entrants will be matched against other Entrants in the same League for the entire Series.
2.1.3. Entrants are not able to move to another League even if their Driver Rating changes during the Series.
'Driver Rating’ is an indicator of the player’s ‘speed’. There are seven different ratings in total: E, D, C, B, A, A+ and S. E is the lowest rating, and S is the highest. Achieving good results in the Sport mode races will increase your Driver Rating. Your rating will decrease if you fail to achieve a certain level of results. Please note, however, that unless your Sportsmanship Rating within the Game meets the required standard, your Driver Rating will not increase, even if your results are very good. All players start with a Driver Rating of E which will increase up to A+ depending on results. Only eligible players can receive an S rating by registering as a Star Player (see Clause 1.2).
2.2. Entrants must participate in races during the Nations Cup Online Qualifiers to gain points which shall be used to calculate their overall ranking.
2.3. Entrants of the Nations Cup Online Qualifiers shall be awarded points based on:
2.3.1. their final position in each race; and
2.3.2. the average driver rating of the Entrants they race against in each race.
2.4. To determine Entrants’ overall ranking, points will be tallied at the end of the final Rounds in the Online Qualifiers, as follows (the ‘Final Score’):
Online Qualifiers: The Final Score is tallied up from the Entrant’s best five (5) Rounds out of the total number of six (6) Rounds in total.
Entrants may participate in any race, in any Round of any Series, at their discretion.
2.5. The ‘Nations Cup Live Event Finalists’ will be selected as follows:
2.5.1. The top three (3) of the ‘2024 Nations Cup World Finals’, held on 8 December 2024, shall receive an invitation to attend and participate in all three (3) GT World Series Live Events which shall take place on the dates set out in clause 1.1.2;
2.5.2. The following nine (9) Entrants from the Online Qualifiers, who shall be notified of their selection within seven (7) days:
2.5.2.1. the four (4) top-ranking Entrants from the GT1 League in the EMEA Region
2.5.2.2. the two (2) top-ranking Entrants from the GT1 League in the Central & South America Region
2.5.2.3. the one (1) top-ranking Entrant from the GT1 League in the North America Region
2.5.2.4. the one (1) top-ranking Entrant from the GT1 League in the Asia Region
2.5.2.5. the one (1) top-ranking Entrant from the GT1 League in the Oceania Region
together these twelve (12) selected Entrants are the ‘Nations Cup Live Event Finalists’ and shall receive the following:
2.5.3. an invitation to attend and participate in all three (3) GT World Series Live Events which shall take place on the dates set out in clause 1.1.2;
On acceptance of the invitation, the ‘Nations Cup Live Event Finalists’ will receive the GT World Series Live Event Travel Package:
2.5.4. return economy class flights, coach tickets or train tickets to all three (3) GT World Series Live Events (as applicable, in the Promoter’s sole discretion);
2.5.5. accommodation for the duration of the three (3) GT World Series Live Events (choice of accommodation, at the Promoter’s sole discretion);
2.5.6. transport to and from the airport, bus terminal or train station (as appropriate) to the accommodation, on the dates of the inbound and outbound flights/buses/trains;
2.5.7. return transport from the accommodation to the venue of the three (3) GT World Series Live Events; and
2.5.8. all meals will be provided during the three (3) GT World Series Live Events.
The estimated value per GT World Series Live Event Travel Package for each Nations Cup Live Event Competitor is $3,000.00 USD.Travel insurance will be organised for all the three (3) events to cover all Nations Cup Live Event Finalists. Each Nations Cup Live Event Competitor is responsible for ensuring they meet any and all necessary visa requirements.
3. Nations Cup - GT World Series Live Events (‘Live Events’)
3.1. The Live Events will take place on the dates set out in clause 1.1.2. Additional terms and conditions for participating in the Live Events shall apply and will be shared by Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter. The Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, shall provide information relating to the Live Events to the Nations Cup Live Event Finalists by email no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Live Events to the email address associated with their PSN Account.
3.2. Each of the Live Events is a race where twelve (12) will participate for each selected country/territory. There shall be a maximum of twelve (12) Entrants, including:
3.2.1. The top three (3) of the ‘2024 Nations Cup World Finals’
3.2.2. The top nine (9) from the Online Qualifiers selected across the five (5) Regions, including: up to one (1) Entrant from North America, up to two (2) Entrants from Central & South America, up to four (4) Entrants from EMEA, up to one (1) Entrant from Asia and up to one (1) Entrant from Oceania. The Live Event Finalists are selected at the end of the Online Qualifiers (see Clause 2.5 of this Schedule).
3.3. If two (2) or more Entrants are tied with an equal number of points at the end of the Online Qualifiers, the following criteria will then be applied to determine which Entrant is to proceed:
3.3.1. the Online Qualifiers Entrant with the highest points scored across all Rounds;
3.3.2. and if still tied, then the Online Qualifiers Entrant with the highest points scored in a single Round.
3.4. In the event that a Nations Cup Live Event Finalist is unable to attend the Live Events, the Entrant with the next highest-ranking points may be invited to participate in the Live Events and shall be notified as such by the Promoter, or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter.
3.5. The Nations Cup Live Event Finalists shall be awarded points based on their ranking in each race. The points earned by each Finalist shall be attributed to their score. The Nations Cup Live Event Finalist with the highest total number of points after all races have taken place shall be the Winner of the GT World Series Live Event (the ‘GT World Series Live Event Winner’). The next two (2) top-ranking finalists will be named the runners-up of the GT World Series Live Event (the ‘GT World Series Live Event Runners-Up').
3.6. Points will be awarded to the finalists of the Live Event according to their final position and will count towards the standing for the World Finals Live Event (‘World Finals’), as follows:
· 1st place: 6 points
· 2nd place: 5 points
· 3rd place: 4 points
· 4th place: 3 points
· 5th place: 2 points
· 6th place: 1 point
3.7. The Winners and Runners-up of the Live Events will win the following Prize:
● 1st place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)
● 2nd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)
● 3rd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)
3.8. Following the end of all three (3) Live Events, the Nations Cup Live Event Finalists shall be notified of their rank within seven (7 days) and receive:
3.8.1. an invitation to attend and participate in the World Finals which shall take place on the dates set out in clause 1.1.3;
On acceptance of the invitation, these Entrants (the ‘World Finalists’) will receive the World Finals Travel Package:
3.8.2. return economy class flights, coach tickets or train tickets to the World Finals (as applicable, in the Promoter’s sole discretion);
3.8.3. accommodation for the duration of the World Finals (choice of accommodation, at the Promoter’s sole discretion);
3.8.4. transport to and from the airport, bus terminal or train station (as appropriate) to the accommodation, on the dates of the inbound and outbound flights/buses/trains;
3.8.5. return transport from the accommodation to the venue of the World Finals; and
3.8.6. all meals during the World Finals.
The estimated value of the World Finals Travel Package for each World Finalist is $3,000.00 USD.Travel insurance will be organised for this trip to cover all World Finalist. Each World Finalist is responsible for ensuring they meet any and all necessary visa requirements.
4. Nations Cup - World Finals
4.1. The World Finals shall take place on the dates and at the location set out in clause 1.1.3. The World Finalists shall include: the twelve (12) top-ranking players of the GT World Series Live Nations Cup Events.Additional terms and conditions for participating in the World Finals shall apply and will be shared by Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter.The Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, shall provide information relating to the World Finals to the World Finalists by email no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the World Finals Live Event to the email address associated with their PSN Account.
4.2. World Finalists will participate in a series of races. Points will be awarded according to results of these races, a final ranking will determine the winners and the two (2) runners-up. The top-ranking team will be named the Winner of the World Finals (the ‘World Finals Winner’). The next two (2) top-ranking competitors will be named the runners-up at the World Finals (the ‘World Finals Runners-Up’).
4.3. The World Finals Winner and World Finals Runners-up will win the following Prize:
● 1st place: a Trophy (worth $250 USD)
● 2nd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)
● 3rd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)
4.4. Prize for Entrants from Croatia only: Separately, the top-ranking Entrant from Croatia at the end of the World Finals (‘Croatian Winner’) will win a GT World Series T-shirt with a monetary value of no more than $50.00 USD. The Croatian Winner shall be notified via email within one (1) day of the Closing Date and shall have seven (7) days from the date of notification to accept their prize. The email address associated with the Croatian Winner’s PSN Account shall be used. If the Croatian Winner does not respond, they will forfeit the prize and the next top-ranking Entrant from Croatia will be contacted.
5. Broadcasts of the Nations Cup Live Events and the World Finals Live Event
5.1. By entering this Competition, Entrants hereby permit the Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, to include footage of their gameplay and their image/likeness in broadcasts of the Live Events and World Finals and on social media or blog posts connected to the Competition and subsequent years’ Gran Turismo™ Cups or championships worldwide, under the same terms of Clause 23 (‘Publicity’) of the Terms above. To withdraw this consent, contact the Promoter at contact-competitions@polyphony.co.jp
5.2. By entering this Competition, Entrants confirm they will not publicly communicate or discuss details about the Competition, including, but not limited to: results, images/video of the races, livestreams of the races, etc. prior to the broadcast of the Live Event.
5.3. Entrants participating in the Live Events and the World Finals may be asked to sign a release form as the live events may be filmed.
Schedule 2 – Manufacturers Cup 2025
1. The Manufacturers Cup
1.1. Entrants shall enter the Manufacturers Cup by selecting the Manufacturers Cup option within the ‘Sport’ mode section of the Game and confirm that they want to participate and which manufacturer they want to play for prior to the start of each race.
The Manufacturers Cup shall consist of the following online and live race events across three Regions:
1.1.1. Online Qualifiers will run concurrently across the three (3) Regions with six (6) Rounds as detailed here:

1.1.2. The three (3) Live Events will be held:

1.1.2.3. One (1) live event which will take place on 8 November in Los Angeles, the United States of America.
1.1.3. The World Finals will take place on the 20 and 21 December 2025 in Fukuoka, Japan.
1.1.4. The three (3) Regions are as follows:

1.2. Entrants race to represent one (1) of the following twenty-seven (27) manufacturers (each a ‘Manufacturer’): Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Citroën, Dodge, Ferrari, Ford, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Lexus, Mazda, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault Sport, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, and Volkswagen.
1.3. Star Players
1.3.1. The following Entrants shall be eligible to register as a Star Player:
1.3.1.1. the thirty-six (36) Entrants of the ‘2024 Gran Turismo World Series – Manufacturers Cup’ Live Events Rounds 1 to 3 (held on 6 July 2024,10August 2024, and 28 September 2024) and the World Finals (held on 7 December 2024).
1.3.1.2. the thirty-six (36) Entrants of the ‘2025 Gran Turismo World Series – Manufacturers Cup’ (to be held on dates set out in 1.1.2 and 1.1.3)
1.3.2. If an Entrant meets one of the conditions set out in paragraph 1.3.1 of this Schedule 2, they shall receive an in-game notification on Gran Turismo™ 7, notifying them that they are eligible. Once they have received this notification, Entrants may register to become a Star Player by visiting www.gran-turismo.com. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to register as a Star Player.
1.3.3. Registered star players (hereafter referred to as ‘Star Players’) shall have an ‘S’ driver rating.
1.3.4. The real names of Star Players will be displayed during the broadcast of the Live Events and the World Finals, in addition to their Online IDs.
1.3.5. Once an Entrant has earned a Star Player driver rating, their rating shall apply to their driving profile for one successive Series only.
2. Online Qualifiers
2.1. The races in the Online Qualifiers are split into the following leagues, based on an Entrant’s Driver Rating:

GT2 League | B |
GT3 League | C and below |
2.1.1. The Driver Rating of Entrants when entering a Round for the first time during the Series determines the League the Entrant will join.
2.1.2. Entrants will be matched against other Entrants in the same League for the entire Series.
2.1.3. Entrants are not able to move to another League even if their Driver Rating changes during the Series.
'Driver Rating’ is an indicator of the player's ‘speed’. There are seven different ratings in total: E, D, C, B, A, A+ and S. E is the lowest rating, and S is the highest. Achieving good results in Sport Mode races will increase your Driver Rating. Your rating will decrease if you fail to achieve a certain level of results. Please note, however, that unless your Sportsmanship Rating within the Game meets the required standard, your Driver Rating will not increase, even if your results are very good. All players start with a Driver Rating of E which will increase up to A+ depending on results. Only eligible players can receive an S rating by registering as a Star Player (see Clause 1.3).
2.2. Entrants must participate in races during the Online Qualifiers to gain points which shall be used to calculate their overall ranking.
2.3. Entrants of the Online Qualifiers shall be awarded points based on:
2.3.1. their final position in each race; and
2.3.2. their average driver rating of the Entrants they race against in each race.
2.4. To determine Entrants’ overall ranking, points will be tallied at the end of the final Rounds in the Online Qualifiers, as follows (the ‘Final Score’):
Online Qualifiers: The Final Score is tallied up from the Entrant’s best five (5) Rounds out of the total number of six (6) Rounds.
Entrants may participate in any race, in any Round of any Series, at their discretion.
2.5. Following the end of the Online Qualifiers, the three (3) top-ranking Entrants (one (1) Entrant from each Region) of the GT1 League for the Top twelve (12) Manufacturers (‘Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalists’) shall receive:
2.5.1. an invitation to attend and participate in one of the three (3) Live Events which shall take place on the dates set out in clause 1.1.2;
2.5.1.1. the top-ranking Entrant from the Asia-Oceania Region will receive an invitation to participate at the first Live Event in London as set out in clause 1.1.2.1
2.5.1.2. the top-ranking Entrant from the EMEA Region will receive an invitation to participate at the second Live Event in Berlin as set out in clause 1.1.2.2
2.5.1.3. the top-ranking Entrant from the Americas Region will receive an invitation to participate at the third Live Event in Los Angeles as set out in clause 1.1.2.3
On acceptance of the invitation, these Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalists will receive the Travel Package:
2.5.2. return economy class flights, coach tickets or train tickets to the Live Event (as applicable, in the Promoter’s sole discretion);
2.5.3. accommodation for the duration of the Live Event (choice of accommodation, at the Promoter’s sole discretion);

3. Manufacturers Cup - GT World Series Live Events (‘Live Events’)
3.1. The Live Events will take place on the dates set out in Clause 1.1.2. Additional terms and conditions to participate in the Live Events may apply and will be shared by Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter. The Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, shall provide information relating to the Live Events to the Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalists by email no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Live Events to the email address associated with their PSN Account.
3.2. The selection of the Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalists is determined by a combination of the following criteria:
3.2.1. The top twelve (12) Manufacturers from the Online Qualifiers (selected in accordance with Clause 3.3); and
3.2.2. The top-scoring Entrants from the GT1 League of the Online Qualifiers from the three (3) Regions (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Oceania);
3.3. A total of twelve (12) Manufacturers will compete in the Live Events. The Manufacturers will include:
3.3.1. Mazda and Toyota – the Competition’s official Manufacturer Partners; and
3.3.2. the other Manufacturers which will be selected according to the Global Manufacturer Ranking as defined in clause 3.4 below (in order of precedence):
together these Manufacturers are the ‘Top 12 Manufacturers’
3.4. At the end of the Online Qualifiers, a Global Manufacturer Ranking will be created, according to the following process:
3.4.1. The Manufacturers represented by the Entrants with the highest scores at the end of each Round for the Online Qualifiers will be allocated Manufacturer Ranking Points in accordance with the table below, in order to create a Manufacturer Ranking for each hosting Region, as follows:

At the end of the Online Qualifiers, the Manufacturer Ranking Points from all three (3) Regions will be tallied to determine their Global Manufacturer Ranking. The Global Manufacturer Ranking will be published onhttps://www.gran-turismo.com/gb/gt7/sportmode/ and also under the ‘Sport’ mode section of the Game.
If two (2) or more drivers from the Online Qualifiers from different manufacturers are tied with an equal number of points at the end of a Round, then the Manufacturer Ranking Points assigned to their manufacturers will be divided and assigned equally.
If two or more manufacturers are tied in the Global Manufacturer Ranking with an equal number of points, the following criteria will then be applied to determine which manufacturer is to proceed:
● the manufacturer with the highest Manufacturer Ranking Points across all three Regions and all Rounds; and;
● if still tied, the manufacturer with the highest number of Individual Ranking Points from the top drivers from all three Regions of that manufacturer; and;
● if still tied, then the manufacturer with the highest number of Individual Ranking Points from all rounds by the top drivers from all three Regions of that manufacturer.
3.5. In the event that a Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalist is unable to attend the Live Event of their selection due to unforeseen circumstances, and one of their Manufacturers Team Entrants from another Region is unable to switch places, at the Promoter or Polyphony Digital Inc. discretion the Entrant representing the same Manufacturer with the highest Series score from the same Region with the next highest-ranking points may be invited to participate in the Live Events and shall be notified as such by the Promoter, or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter.
3.6. Points will be awarded according to results of these races, a final ranking of the Top 12 Manufacturer Finalists will determine the winners and the two runners-up. The top-ranking Finalist will be named the Winner of the Manufacturers Cup Live Event (the ‘Manufacturers Cup Winner’). The next two (2) top-ranking Finalists will be named the runners-up at the Manufacturers Cup Live Event (the ‘Manufacturers Cup Runner-Ups’).
3.7. Points will be awarded to the finalists of the Live Event according to their final position and will count towards the standing for the World Finals, as follows:
· 1st place: 6 points
· 2nd place: 5 points
· 3rd place: 4 points
· 4th place: 3 points
· 5th place: 2 points
· 6th place: 1 point
3.8. The Winner and Runners-up of the Live Events will win the following prize:

3.9.3. accommodation for the duration of the World Finals (choice of accommodation, at the Promoter’s sole discretion);
3.9.4. transport to and from the airport, bus terminal or train station (as appropriate) to the accommodation, on the dates of the inbound and outbound flights/buses/trains;
3.9.5. return transport from the accommodation to the venue of the World Finals; and
3.9.6. all meals during the World Finals.

4. Manufacturers Cup - World Finals Live Event (‘World Finalists’)
4.1. The World Finals shall take place on the dates and at the location set out in clause 1.1.3. The World Finalists shall include: the thirty-six (36) top-ranking players of the Manufacturers Cup GT World Series Live Events (see clause 1.1.2).Additional terms and conditions for participating in the World Finals shall apply and will be shared by Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter.The Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, shall provide information relating to the World Finals to the World Finalists by email no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the World Finals to the email address associated with their PSN Account.
4.2. In the event that a World Finalist is unable to attend the World Finals, the Entrant representing the same Manufacturer with the highest Series score from the Region with the next highest-ranking points may be invited to participate in the World Finals and shall be notified as such by the Promoter, or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter.
4.3. World Finalists will participate in a series of races. Points will be awarded according to results of these races, a final ranking will determine the winners and the two runners-up. The top-ranking team will be named the winning team of the World Finals Live Event (the ‘World Finals Winner’). The next two (2) top-ranking teams will be named the runner-up teams at the World Finals Live Event (the ‘World Finals Runner-Ups’).
4.4. The World Finals Winner and World Finals Runners-up will win the following prize:
● 1st place: a Trophy (worth $250 USD)
● 2nd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)
● 3rd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)
4.5. Prize for Entrants from Croatia only: Separately, the top-ranking Entrant from Croatia at the end of the World Finals (‘Croatian Winner’) will win a GT World Series T-shirt with a monetary value of no more than $50.00 USD. The Croatian Winner shall be notified via email within one (1) day of the Closing Date and shall have seven (7) days from the date of notification to accept their prize. The email address associated with the Croatian Winner’s PSN Account shall be used. If the Croatian Winner does not respond, they will forfeit the prize and the next top-ranking Entrant from Croatia will be contacted.
5. Broadcasts of the Manufacturers Cup Live Events and the World Finals
5.1. By entering this Competition, Entrants hereby permit the Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, to include footage of their gameplay and their image/likeness in broadcasts of the Manufacturers Cup Live Events and the World Finals and on social media or blog posts connected to the Competition and subsequent years’ Gran Turismo™ Cups or championships worldwide, under the same terms of Clause 23 (‘Publicity’) of the Terms above.
