Consumer Self-Serve Service Policy

The Consumer Self -Serve Portal for PlayStation products is a tool that provides step-by-step online support for troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and returns booking.

 

If the troubleshooting steps fail to resolve the issue with your product, the tool may also be used to request SCEE’s after-sales return and repair service (subject to warranty status and problem with product). SCEE will advise you if the return can be processed via this tool or alternatively if you are required to contact the Playstation Support Helpline.

 

To return your product via the online tool:

·         You will be required to fill out an online return form and enter your personal details (limited to name, email, address and phone number);

·         You will be responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged and labelled in accordance with the instructions provided.

·         SCEE will provide you with a free postage label for the return.

 

As part of the returns service, if there is a genuine fault with your PlayStation product, SCEE will either (and at its discretion) repair the product or replace it with a remanufactured replacement, and will then return it to you.
