PlayStation UK Live Chat Support

Find out how and when you can get in touch with us via Live Chat.

 
 

Players in the UK and Ireland can now talk to us to get help with selected issues live on PlayStation.com.

How it works

Select [Chat Now] when you see the pop up window. Chat is available 11:00 to 19:00 Monday to Saturday.

Live Chat won't be offered if:

  • Our Consumer Support Centre is closed. Try again during the opening hours above.
  • All Consumer Support Advisors are busy on other chats. Try again later.
  • You selected [Not Now] when the Chat window appeared. Delete your browser cookies or open this page in a different browser to be prompted again.

If Live Chat isn't an option try Twitter or Forum support.

What we need to know to help

If you've already talked to us please provide your reference number.

If you need to talk to us about your account, please also provide the following details:

  • Online ID,
  • Sign-in ID, and
  • Date of birth.

We will never ask you for your account password.

Issues that can be solved over chat

Live Chat can be a quick and easy way to solve a number of different issues. Search for the issue you need help with on PlayStation Help & Support.

If Live Chat can solve it, you'll see the option to start a chat on the results page. You may even find the answer to your question in the support articles or other online tools.

What we expect from you
