How to check PlayStation Store transactions

Find out how to view a record of your PlayStation Store purchases.


PlayStation Store purchases show on your credit or debit card statement as 'Sony Ent Network'. Any payments debited from your credit or debit card before mid-February 2012 appear as 'Sony Online Services'.

Web browser

  1. Sign in to account management and select 'Transaction History' from the home screen.
  2. Select from the 'Account' drop-down box and choose a date range.
  3. Select a transaction to view details.
  1. Go to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] > [Wallet] > [Transaction History].
  2. Select the account that you want to view transactions from.
  3. Select the transaction date range and select [Next].
  4. Select a transaction to view the details.
  1. Tap  [PlayStation Store] >  [Online ID] > [Account Settings].
  2. Press the menu button at the top right of the screen > [Account] > [Transaction History].
  3. Select a transaction to view details.
  1. Select your local user account and go to  [PlayStation Network]  >  [Sign in] > [Account Management] on the XMB Menu.
  2. Go to  [Transaction Management] and select [Transaction History].
  3. Select your account from the drop-down box (you can also view your associated sub accounts) and select 'Continue'.
  4. Select the date range and select 'Continue'.
  5. To view the details of a transaction highlight it and press the  (X button). 
  1. Tap  [PlayStation Store] on the home screen and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap  [Options] > [Transaction Management] > [Transaction History].
  3. Enter the Sign-in ID of the account you want to view (you can also view your associated sub accounts), select the date range and tap [Next].
  4. Select a transaction from the list to view its details.
