Security settings on PlayStation™Network

Learn how to change your account details such as sign-in ID, password, security question, mobile number, and how to manage 2-step verification using your PS4 or web browser.

Remember that you are responsible for all activities on your PlayStation Network (PSN), so it’s important that you do your best to ensure that you are the only person using it.
