Hi, i am going to quickly talk about my experience with sony. I have purchased 2 PS4 consoles this year... never again.

With the past 2 PS consoles I have owned. I have had this issue where my game will freeze and I cant do anything, the only thing I can do is unplug the AC cord. This resulted in my playstation not being able to start. I take good care of my consoles to try and extend the life span on them. I have now realised this doesnt matter anyways because my playstation didnt last a 7 months. Using the playstation site, I went through all the steps to get my playstation to turn on again BUT the playstation becomes close to unuseable. Its very slow and it freezes.... if I were to try and turn my console on it would take like 10 minutes to turn on and even then it would show me error code (CE-36329-3) then most likely will freeze and crash again. This is currently happening with my PS4 Pro which isnt even six months old and I bought it because my old PS had the same issue, I just assumed it was because it was old. This annoys me because to me a PS4 isnt cheap and I cant just buy a new one when ever I please. Next time I decide I want a console. I am going with Microsoft.

What is it with the ducks? I saw some Borderlands ones when I picked up BL3, but they're making other things into them now as well... weird.

I guess it's possible that you have some ethernet connection settings already stored that aren't correct, have you tried running the wired connection set up again?

I have over 500+ games via digital, 100+ games ps plus and not including my PS3/PS2/PS1 catalogue or the physical copies of games i own as well as my VR headset et al.

at the moment when i sign in to a game i get various errors - NP-32091-5 and NP-32098-2  which is a trophy software issue.

When i eventually  get into the game (after signing back in and loading in the hopes it works) only 50% of trophies unlock for any game (death stranding, outer worlds etc have all been tested)

now this is recent, which means you've done something to cause it to happen.

i'm not going to upload 10 gig worth of saved data just to reinitialise the PS4 in the vague hopes that works as you've suggested "Ask PlayStation UK@AskPS_UK 7 Jul 2018" which users have confirmed DOES NOT WORK.

So either you fix your software trophy issues or that's it, so far i haven't spent a penny in the last 2 weeks of Playstation and that will continue indefentely now. I've instead using the cash on my switch or xbox one where i've had 0 issues with.  Any games i do play on the PS4 come from boomerang rentals. 
 

i'm done. Propinquity is my PSN. Anyone can feel free to look that up and see the type of person sony is losing.
