Look inside a retail UK game case at the inside of the game cover where it will be printed, or go up to "help" at the top of the page and go through the help and support page until you get it at the bottom. 

As stated before, there's no point posting the number here as it will be deleted, probably before you even have the chance to see it.

Have you tried inputting just the name as it appears on your card?

The console can overheat even with clean fan blades. There needs to be plenty of free space around all sides and the back in particular. Up against a wall or in an enclosed cabinet are going to trap heat, as can standing things on top of the console. It can also be down to inadequate heat transfer between the APU and heatsink.

I assume so, it does have cross play now. I've not tried it yet. You don't need to make an account to play single player. Or even (I think) to play PS4 multiplayer.

Hi. There are a few people reporting this type of problem. It has been passed on, but we're unlikely to hear anything back over the weekend.
