Strange issue as the error is usually DNS related and your friends system works fine on your Internet connection. 

I would try rebuilding the PS4's database option 5 via the safe mode menu to rule out any data corruption with your systems OS.

Yep just the one page which can be anything from general discussions to game related. 

They should of stuck with Lithium even if it meant a restart because the old Lithium built forum was wrecked with all the custom crap Sony added and layered on top of it, if you look at all the UK ISP's forums such as Sky, NowTV, BT and Virgin Media etc are all Lithium forums and run without a problem.

Try resetting your network equipment by switching it off for a few minutes, DNS issues are an ISP end issue. 

Alternatively run through your PS4's connection setting but this time enter your DNS settings manually to the ones listed below. 

Google DNS. 

Primary 8.8.8.8 

Secondary 8.8.4.4

Simply put you can't connect audio equipment to the PS4 system via Bluetooth. Never can and never will be able to as the hardware will only support Bluetooth controller's and keyboards.
