Welcome all our players to the new PlayStation Support Forums!

This is where you can ask questions, share advice and participate in discussions about any of the PlayStation systems, PlayStation Network or in-game related issues that you may come across.

The PlayStation Support Forums have always been an invaluable source of feedback for us and we hope this continues! This also includes feedback of the Forum itself, as our aim is to shape the future of the PlayStation Support Forum based on any feedback we receive from you!

If you have any suggestions, requests or issues regarding the Forum itself, please reply to this thread. Otherwise you can now get started and get involved in the PlayStation Support community, providing tips, advice, guides and solutions or indeed ask your own questions.

    I've done some experiments in my Banana Testing Lab. 

    A reply system (even the nesting system in the community forum) would be nice  As well as being able to @ people.

    Best answers are highlighted via mobile just not on desktop. A design choice.

    Any time frame in months for when video add tab icon will be back...

    stupid having to type a thousand words when people learn better by having it shown to them...

    This text box feels a lot like the US forum... (even has the massive double line space gap..)

    I don't see any difference between answers and normal posts even on mobile? Except the answer is floated to the top. But it's not highlighted.

    Maybe a Chrome issue? I'll try a different browser.


    Edit - Tried Firefox too, not seeing a difference...

    Is it a very subtle highlight?

    @whitemonkey ok that's an issue. Should be quick fix as it happened before during testing. Guess somehow it got lost again during the recent fixes. The expected behaviour is on mobile the answer goes green like the old Lithium Forums.

    @GraphiteGB It's on the list for sure but no eta yet I'm afraid. In meantime we will have to suffice with images and gifs. The double space gap is a bit confusing isn't it?

    On my profile, posts are missing and there aren't any links to the forum they are made in. Is the data still being inported?

    Also, a link to the "PlayStation Forum Trophy Club 2" would be much appreicated :D

    Ok, definitely not highlighted green. There is the green "Solved" image on the boards home page, but nothing once entering the thread.

    It looks pretty slick and actually works on my MacBook so we're at a 100% improvement already. Couple more features would be nice but it's a decent start  😄

    OK, some things I found last couple of days.


    - The text box is VERY small. If you add an image, you can't easily scroll around it. old forum allowed you to make the box much larger, which was very convenient.

    - No tables? Also, no option to upload pictures from file? Options ar epretty bare-bones atm.

    - the forums are SLOOOWWW.. I mean, REALLY slow. I hope this will improved in the coming weeks.

    - the forums (both tech support and community) are very well hidden. For Tech support, it is good that ppl first see the solution tools, before moving over to Tech Support, but Community is now almost impossible to find you newbies. This might be a choice, but not very handy.

    - I regularly lose my login. The answer etc options disappear, and I only see the q & answers, no action possible. A refresh usually fixes this.

    All in all, it's workable, the tech support side works pretty well (Hardly any support questions on the Dutch side, YAY!), but Community is dead, if things remain like this. I am missing quite a lot of options from the 'old forum' though...


    Edit: (Yay, we can edit!)

    Notifications cannot be reset. My counter adds up, but pressing 'mark all as read' doesn't do anything.

    Update on the answer highlight. I do see it for a second while the page loads (looks nice, what is needed). But once the page loads, the highlight is gone.

    Thanks for your feedback guys.

    Just to confirm, the slow performance of the Forum is our main priority to fix at this time and hopefully a fix for that will also solve the login issues that some of you are having too.

    You should now be able to skip to first and last pages of each threads and I have made it so Last Updated is the default sort order of the Forum threads.

    Solving the performance issue however is still our main priority.

    These forums and the format are terrible and the lack of support is outstanding! I do like my gaming and giving you my money for PS+ but what i am receiving in return right now is subpar!
